Magnificent restaurant! 20 years later, return to this restaurant which disappointed us so much then. but that was 20 years ago... Really, everything has changed. The only word that comes to mind today is… magnificent! Cordial, attentive welcome. Very pleasant setting on the banks of the Vidourle and its fresh water, below. We took the “weekend menu” (starter main course dessert): it was attractive, apparently good value for money, and a test at a time. We were not disappointed, to say the least. Starter: crisp asparagus, al dente, with a sumptuous mousseline sauce; delicious asparagus accompanied by a slice of braised raw ham, crunchy, also delicious; impeccable presentation. We were already won over. Dish: tender and delicious beef steak; we hadn't tasted a better one since a restaurant (now closed) in Aumont-Aubrac, with meat from the highlands of this Aubrac, more than 15 years ago. Where did they find this meat, here, near Lunel? We did not dare to ask for it; but it was exceptional. Carefully prepared with small vegetables from the market, just crunchy and deliciously prepared. Dessert: Panna cotta with red fruit coulis; as pleasant in its presentation as delicious in its tasting. Not a single false note; really NOTHING to criticize. It was delicious, in a serene atmosphere and a relaxing setting. Above all, really, absolutely, we must add the quality and kindness of the service. Thank you, Marie, for being both discreet and attentive, considerate and smiling, open to the customer's wishes. This is SO RARE that it deserves to be highlighted. In short, when our steps bring us back here, the choice is already made! Thank you everyone, from the *** cooking to the *** service. And I come back to it: remarkable Q/P ratio.

Very well received Saturday February 24 in the afternoon when we arrived with our club hello the 60. Evening meal with DJ Disco evening, we rediscovered our youth, great meal and evening. There is nothing to complain about the service or the rooms. Address to remember. See you soon
