Very nice discovery for this restaurant. Quite confidential in the Saint Sébastien district, it offers a very beautiful setting, with a warm welcome and cuisine that matches the reputation of the restaurant. Gastronomic level for the cuisine and the setting, and I appreciated the simple, attentive service.

Aux Epherites

27/05/2024: “Aux éphérites” is buzzing, this little bistronomic restaurant with an electric atmosphere and a refined setting, where everything is on the plate, concocted by Alex Suergiu, a breathtaking chef, dressed in his “Johnny” t-shirt, which evolves between local products. here and inspiration from elsewhere. His qualities as an excellent craftsman exult thanks to the pretty dishes that shake up the slate of the market menu, offered according to the desire and the season. Quality, freshness, simplicity and conviviality are the key words of this “cook’n roll” team which fights against “pretentious and expensive” gastronomy.
25/05/2024: Fine, refined cuisine, perfect blend of flavors. Attentive waiters, attentive and good advisors.. We had a great time. Everything was top notch. A big thank you to the team.
