To begin with, the restaurant is tastefully decorated with modern decor, you can sit comfortably and have plenty of space, not on top of each other, the staff is very professional and friendly. The ambiance is, in fact, perfect. Regarding the dishes, it is very good, well seasoned, with fresh, quality products, well presented, with real local products! The wine list is very appreciable and well stocked with wines from all regions. Today we drank an excellent Minervois. We are locals who like to go to lots of restaurants, and it's nice to have this restaurant in Hasparren. Congratulations again to you and keep it up, we'll keep coming.

Comfort, quality of welcome, quality of the restaurant with a commitment higher than simple feasts, very thorough attention to detail solely dedicated to guests. Perfect stay, direct access via the highway to Biaritz or Bayonne. The level is much higher than hotels of the same category on the coast. I will come back without hesitation.
