We stayed one night at the Black Bass and benefited from the Best Seller offer. This includes breakfast and dinner. The hotel, which was formerly a famous local inn, is superb. It was recently renovated and is dedicated to the theme of black perch, the decoration is therefore contemporary with a marine spirit. The parking lot is large and secure. Two terminals for charging your EV are available (20€ per charge). Our room, which was on the road side, was still very well soundproofed but a little dark. The bedding is very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. There are obviously all the small accessories included in the palaces (bathrobes, slippers, bottle of Evian, coffee, tea and various care products). Outside, the terrace and its garden are magnificent. The view of the lake and the mountains is incredible and very calming. the heated swimming pool is superb and there are several small lounge areas to relax in. At the bottom of the garden there is a gate with direct access to the cycle path which passes behind the hotel. I also advise you to walk to the right and go down towards the pontoon, there is a very pretty footpath "La promenade des Seines" to reach Sévrier beach in 15-20 minutes. It is also possible to rent electric bikes directly from the hotel. Regarding the staff, they are very friendly and very professional. They will give you good advice. I was also able to discover a new variety of Spritz, “Italiscus” which I highly recommend! The five-course evening meal we had was excellent. It was a surprise meal. Breakfast is hearty. The products are quality. Some homemade. My wife had a massage at the indoor spa and it was very pleasant. There is another smaller and warmer swimming pool, with hammam and sauna which are also included. Overall this romantic weekend was excellent. We had a great time in an intimate and exclusive hotel. In addition, check-out until 12 p.m. is perfect to take full advantage of it! I highly recommend it.

I rarely leave comments but our stay was so magical that I have to leave one! This hotel is heaven on earth!! First of all, its perfect location, one of the best around the lake I would say: about 12 minutes by bike from Annecy. It faces the lake, without a road if you take a room with a lake view (which we did), with direct access to the greenway/cycle path. Secondly, the services of the hotel, also perfect: the reception, the room service, the wellness institute, the swimming pool, the bar and the restaurant. All the staff are attentive and, what's more, qualified. The products offered at breakfast and at the bar snack are fresh and the portions generous. The only downside I would say is the organization of access to the SPA. We are asked to reserve our time in advance when we want to go so that the time remains pleasant for everyone. But I think we were the only ones playing the game... In fact, I only went there 3 times out of 7 days because each time I found myself in a public swimming pool (too many people and excitement! !) and not a SPA, with the absence of staff to monitor/make the passages more fluid. I think that an additional resource, even part-time, would not be a luxury. But fortunately, all the other services of the hotel only enhanced our stay. We will probably come back next year even if it takes us a bit of a journey. :-)

We spent a fabulous few days at Black Bass with our 2 year old baby. A hotel perfectly suited to children, with a special mention for the team who are just brilliant. The rooms with their balcony are very pleasant. We will definitely come back!!

Hotel more 4 stars than 5 stars lack of maintenance of green spaces, parking at the front of the hotel very poorly maintained. Impeccable breakfast, quality products, Helpful and attentive staff, some young people lack experience for a 5 star. Lots of details to review to become a true 5 star
