Mixed feelings. We had 3 live spiders in the room. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation, especially in the area of ​​the bathrooms in the rooms. There is no elevator. Breakfast ok, basic selection, but we wouldn't go here for dinner. Hassle-free parking. It is accommodation for a very undemanding working clientele.

We stayed at the Bagatelle hotel last June. The staff is very friendly, we were made very welcome. The rooms are adequately equipped, the buffet is plentiful, the location is 15-20 minutes by car from the city center. I recommend !

24/05/2024: le top du top… endroit bucolique… terrasse ensoleillée dans l’un des plus beau village de champagne… un accueil chaleureux.. service aux petits soins… un régal de l’entrée au dessert… en passant par le plat de résistance délicat et délicieux… tout est là pour vous faire passer un bon moment… je n’y étais pas venu depuis longtemps je ne regrette pas d’y être retourné . Tout est toujours parfait . Merci Claire merci le café d’hautvillers❤️
01/05/2024: I recommend this restaurant where the homemade dishes are delicious, authentic cuisine in a friendly setting. And as a bonus, a very good champagne from a village producer, we went to buy some on the way out. A cafe without fuss but where everything is tasty (even simple mashed potatoes!) with reasonable prices.

22/02/2024: Place can get overcrowded in high season, but is worth visit (and short wait time for the table). Ideal place to test different styles of Champagne and understand what each grape type brings into the final blend. Food is nice for the light lunch.
