Very good restaurant, the waitress is very nice, the meal was very good, whether it was the burgers, the fish or the fondue, we ate very well. If you don't know where to eat, I definitely recommend this restaurant.

A really nice place to eat or just spend a few minutes, just near the slopes. Amazing atmosphere and great food. The owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome. P.S. We met last Christmas, Daniela, Paul and the kids

Very mountain atmosphere however the service is absent, the team preferring to spend their time chatting in the kitchen. The food is OK, not necessarily above other restaurants, but good, the portions well measured. The appliances and cutlery are well suited

Unmissable places in Châtel... When you enter you are slightly surprised by the number of decorations inside. Then we waited much less than the other comments, around 30 minutes. When the dishes arrive they are very well served on unusual dishes. The food is amazing, it was one of the best meals I have ever had. The people running this restaurant are very nice, (They accepted a small change in my hamburger). Good running of the restaurant, but above all I give a thumbs up to my cooking.

Friendly team, good atmosphere, nice decoration. Be careful with the giant Savoyard salad, it is not giant, or you must be a hungry hobbit..... The low price mayonnaise in the perfect homemade pot was there to make a good impression.... until the moment of mouthing. When you ask for bread and it doesn't come it always feels strange.... Hoping that these are just temporary isolated negligences.

Reservations in advance are recommended. The service is a little long. Quality meat. Possibility of eating tartiflette, raclette and other Savoyard specialties

Hotel Le Roitelet

26/03/2024: Loved this little hotel. Had a warm friendly welcome. I stayed in room 3 which was small but perfect for solo traveller. The view from the huge balcony was amazing. Very clean and everything you need. WiFi was pretty slow but that’s standard in the mountains from my experience. Great spacious ski room with heated boot rack. Breakfast was delicious with everything you expect. (Extra charge) but worth it. About 8 min walk into town slightly uphill. No4 bus stops right outside in either direction. Takes you to central Chatel. Lots of parking but I didn’t travel by car. Perfect place for a short stay in Chatel. The owner was fantastic. Room 5 Location 5 Cleanliness 5

Hôtel Fleur de Neige

23/03/2024: Superb hotel! Room infrastructure and great amenities (swimming pool, hammam, sauna, etc.). Exceptional breakfast: With centrifuge to make vegetable juices, homemade jams, exceptional buffet. Very comfortable room, and very spacious with lots of storage possibilities (for skiers, this is a plus) as far as we were concerned. Perfect ski location. You can get your ski passes at reception. We had half board and every evening it was a treat. Ma-gni-fi-que cuisine! One evening we were disturbed by noisy neighbors, but the owners were very responsive and we had no more problems after that. Very smiling and attentive staff. Thanks to the whole team and the Trincant family.
21/03/2024: Very good hotel and good services but if possible do not ask for rooms on the road side because there is a lot of noise from the road in front of the hotel..
