Very refined, balanced and tasty cuisine. We took the surprise menu and enjoyed it. Our dishes were not on the menu. Great discovery. The atmosphere is very nice. Thanks to the whole team !

The food was very good, from starter to dessert! Very pleasant service with a attentive waitress who takes the time to explain each point on the menu. Warm staff ☺️ The room is cozy and nicely decorated. I recommend 100%!!!

The disproportionate price/quantity ratio At lunchtime, we opted for the Chef's Menu at €68. This includes five dishes: first appetizers and two slices of smoked salmon each; then a cold white fish garnished with a green sauce. The third dish: a stir-fried beef with vegetables arranged on a salad leaf, seemingly inspired by Vietnamese cuisine. The waitress recommended we eat it in one go, but its large size made it difficult to manage, and once started, the juice escaped in all directions. The main course consisted of six slices of beef accompanied by a modest bowl of noodles. Finally, for dessert, we have a Paris-Brest with delicious praline. Although the flavors were there, the ratio between price and quantity seemed disproportionate to us.

From entering the restaurant to leaving everything was magnificent. Decoration, welcome, dish, dessert, service. Like a quote on the wall. “Eating well is reaching heaven. Tonight I ascended to heaven. Thank you 🙏

Villa Mazarin La Table

05/04/2024: I recommend this establishment for its location in the heart of the historic city. We were able to enjoy the charms of the city center during the quietest hours, before the arrival of the tourist buses. For the rest, everything is said in the other comments. Very pleasant indoor swimming pool in April. The swimming pool area is well maintained. See you soon for a new getaway in the Camargue.
27/03/2024: Very nice hotel, very well located in a house steeped in history. The staff is very pleasant and available and the rooms are very good. Large, spacious and quiet, very well renovated and at the same time with the charm of the old. The breakfast was well proportioned and very good. Little extra but not least for the village of Aigues-Mortes: car parking. I recommend if you are passing through
