Midupi continues to be the place to go in Nolay. Classic French cuisine, well executed by Sylvain in the kitchen while his charming wife, Sissi, gives a master class in how to be the ideal restaurant hostess. Quail, duck, foie gras, beef and veal all feature regularly on the set menu and there is always a seafood option. The menu is good value and the wine list offers an excellent selection of reasonably priced, mainly local wines.
