The shabu-shabu was truly fantastic, providing comfort to the lonely stomach of an Asian traveler on a cold, rainy night. The final udon and rice were surprisingly delicious, and the sake was excellent. However, the service was mediocre in comparison. Despite the presence of many waitstaff, it seemed unclear what they were doing, and requests had to be repeated and were often forgotten. They even forgot to serve our udon. Nevertheless, the quality of the food and drink was excellent, which was exactly what we needed in Paris.

Overall it's an amazing experience, it's not my first here, but I always get amazed with the quality of food here.
But I must also add, that the service sometime can be quite slow and waiters can be a bit inattentive, nevertheless it's hard to give less than 5* due to incredible food experience.

En cas de dépassement des 18h on fini chez Ryo très bien ou les 2 autres très bon du coin

I'm a fan of raw fish and it melts in your mouth. The quality of the products is really amazing.
We had a bit of everything (sashimi, sushi 🍣, Chirachi🍱)
It’s really so good, it’s fresh.
The welcome is friendly and pleasant 😍
Price a bit high but worth it
I pre-ordered before picking up the order :)

Atmosphere well reproduced of a good typical izakaya, rather chic. It's overall very good, even if we feel a little dilapidated in the general offer. Reservation almost obligatory. Quite snobbish clientele. It’s a fairly high-end Japanese restaurant, faithful to what you can find in Japan, even if some dishes are disappointing, there are also some great highlights, like Karaage, my favorite in Paris!

Foie grad sushi was definitely the star of the show, literally a flavour explosion. The nigiri platter also offered a delightful variety. For those who crave authentic, top-quality sushi in a cozy setting, this is your spot. A bit pricey, but the experience is absolutely worth it.
