5 stars for this institution in Maisons-Laffitte, where we celebrated a family birthday. We were able to benefit from a separate room opening onto the terrace, and despite the size of the group, the service was attentive, allowing us to spend some family time in a high-end environment. A very unsettling first welcome, but very, very largely made up for by the room service who took care of us with both class and humor. And a treat both for the eyes and for the palate: classic recipes but presented with research and great care, perfect cooking despite the number of guests, from pan-fried foie gras to parsnip puree prepared unexpectedly for the baby, to beef matured, and a special mention for the custom-made birthday cake. In summary: an exceptional experience as much by the quality of the products and their preparation as by that of the recipes, by the chic and warm atmosphere of the place, and by the top service which will be part of the memories of this special day for our family.
