My daughter and I had a very pleasant time! After having abandoned this restaurant for a few years before it changed ownership...living in Bidart...we found what we were missing so much...top cuisine, calm and pleasant atmosphere and attentive and so friendly staff! affordable menu with quality products cooked to perfection! Don't go to Bidart without going to eat at venta Gaxuxa, while traveling for work we went there 3 times in a row, we wanted to taste everything and as you can imagine everything is good for good value for money and a welcoming team, I highly recommend and consider booking.

This restaurant is a must during your visits to Bidart. Very welcoming, smiling staff, everything to make you feel good. Excellent traditional cuisine with local products, a special note for an original and subtle vinaigrette which I had the pleasure of being able to discuss with the chef in the kitchen who entrusted me with his recipe with local ingredients including an oil and a vinegar that I looked for but found 😜😜. We will definitely come back during our next visit to the Basque country. Go discover this restaurant with your eyes closed.

21/05/2024: We were offered a romantic meal with the tasting menu. Flawless from start to finish. We even liked all these refined dishes and, for my part, even those based on products that I don't usually like. A very well mastered play of textures and flavors. The service is impeccable, efficient and lovely. A big thank you to the whole team, we had a wonderful time.

27/05/2024: Very good restaurant, excellent fish very well cooked, the rum baba for dessert a marvel, great service, the only downside is access for people with mobility problems.
27/05/2024: It was a reunion after 18 years of absence. The team in place is always smiling and very attentive to customers. You choose the fresh fish you want to eat and they prepare it for you a la plancha. A delight. The only downside is that if there are two of you, you are not allowed at the tables at the edge of the terrace, but you only have the same view of the sea. The interior seats give a magnificent sea view. Be careful, there is no There is no parking. You must leave your car at the main car park and go there on foot.
