16/06/2024: Normally, it goes pretty well whether it's on site or takeaway, this Sunday evening, there were more people than usual but there were more staff as well. We ordered separately because there were several of us. One of the orders was goat cheese nuggets instead of chili cheese. in one, 2 burgers which had nothing to do with those we had taken. not eating pork I couldn't touch it. No napkins, no forks for the cheese fries. disappointing.

16/06/2024: Disappointed for the first time, we have often ordered from BK Soissons without having any problems. First evening we return after having taken BK, and what a disappointment. We took and paid for a king junior menu plus supposed to have 6 nuggets and we ended up with only 4 nuggets, but that's not all... I take a Louisiana chicken wrap and again total disappointment. My wrap is half filled with a single piece of chicken. I ate half the wrap in the end but I paid the full price. In short, I think there were people there and in the end the orders were made in a hurry. In the end it is the consumer who pays and gets cheated...
