17/09/2024: Bien sûr le site est magnifique Bien sûr le service est de qualité Bien sûr les herbes, les légumes sont frais du potager local et les viandes et poissons ont leurs origines garanties MAIS Pour un restaurant étoilé, je suis très exigeant : un grand professionnel ne supporte pas le moyen le chef a 10 où 15 ans de retard Aujourd’hui j’attends plus de personnalité dans les plats, dans la présentation, des saveurs plus affirmées ET PUIS Nous étions installés dans un coin sans aucune décoration d’une pièce sans âme Le poulet cuit au barbecue avait du goût sur sa peau, pas sur le reste ( soit 90% banal) Le dessert aux 3 figues : la figue fraîche n’ était pas mûre. Impardonnable un dessert aux 3 abricots était incontestablement plus créatif et meilleur dans un petit restaurant de Moustiers-Sainte-Marie DONC manger dans un étoilé est une jouissance épicurienne et un prix Ici, l’étoile de Moustiers-Sainte-Marie est clairement en danger

15/09/2024: Siamo ritornati nel bel villaggio Moustier Saint Marie, vicino alle gole del Verdon, e dopo la salita verso la chiesa di Saint Marie abbiamo pranzato alla Bastide de Moustier, ristorante una stella Michelin, che già conoscevamo. Si tratta di una bastide in stile provenzale (che merita sicuramente una visita) con questo ristorante informale che è consono all’ambiente circostante L’accoglienza è stata buona ed il personale è gentile. Prima del pranzo ci hanno offerto come assaggio preliminare dei pomodori conditi e pane con acqua di pomodoro; buoni i sapori di campagna che però non esprimono la capacità della cucina che in alcuni piatti sono veramente molto alte. Ci hanno offerto anche un brodo che non ha incontrato il nostro gusto, ed è stato riportato in cucina senza offrirci però un’alternativa. Ottimi l’olio, il pane ed il sale e pepe che vengono serviti prima del pasto. L’acqua minerale non era a temperatura ottimale ed essendosi scaldata rapidamente non è stato previsto un secchiello del ghiaccio per mantenerla a temperatura corretta. Abbiamo scelto un piatto di pesce (magro del mediterraneo) ed un piatto vegetariano con barbabietole. Abbiamo trovato gli ingredienti utilizzati ottimi ed i piatti ben preparati ma non ci hanno entusiasmato perché, secondo noi, il tipo di cottura non è riuscita esaltare la bellezza e la freschezza degli ingredienti. Buono anche il caffè espresso. Abbiamo mangiato in giardino all’ombra dei platani con un gradevolissimo affaccio sul verde della Provenza.

31/07/2024: The 5 of us had a delicious meal here! Hamburgers, pizza and a salad with melon. Ready super quickly and very tasty! Good and friendly service. Definitely a tip if you are in this nice village.

11/09/2024: Very good table, the food is excellent, however, the wait was a little long but quickly forgotten by the energy and smile 😃 of the waitress.

11/09/2024: Restaurant found in the town center of Moustiers Sainte-Marie. The setting is pleasant and it is also possible to eat outside. I loved the kindness of the waitress who took great care of us. Plus she was very smiling. The boss was also very pleasant, smiling and full of humor. The pizzas were certainly not the best I have eaten (a bit salty) but were still very good, large and plentiful and for a very reasonable price. As I pointed out to the waitress, I was really happy with the kindness and warm welcome of the staff who are sorely missed in this very pretty village as well as those surrounding it. I recommend++

31/07/2024: Très bel endroit ombragé. Les serveurs sont très agréables et à l’e pure du client et surtout des enfants. Les plats sont délicieux et les tarifs très raisonnables. Je recommande !!

18/07/2024: What a lovely place to stop at for dinner. Delicious food, great service and nice atmosphere with a beautiful terrace. Currently has been bought by new owners and they have done a great job here… highly recommend.

13/09/2024: Nous venons de passer 5 journées dans cet Hôtel, nous sommes très satisfaits à tous points de vue. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le personnel souriant et affable. Une mention particulière pour les repas du soir, bravo au chef cuisinier. Excellente cuisine, variée, présentation au top... Rien à redire, nous ne pouvons que recommander cdt endroit

31/08/2024: Un endroit sympa en terasse. Au départ, c est un peu bizarre car il est situé au-dessus d une pizzeria. L'entrée peut portée à confusion: direct sur le bar style bistrot. Cependant en terasse, c est une ambiance plus soignée. Quant aux plats: il faut bien lire la carte. Elle a l avantage d être détaillée au niveau de la composition des plats. Il y a vraiment des petites découvertes à faire. Au niveau du prix, c est dans la norme voire intéressant vu la qualité. En résumé, si vous voulez un moment sympa et bon repas...go. Je ne mets pas 5 car l ambiance générale pourrait être plus travaillée

12/09/2024: (Opinion which concerns the restaurant and not the hotel) What to say, what to say... Hello to the young waiter first of all (I don't know if he knows the word). I've never felt uncomfortable in a restaurant before this one. We hear the waiter saying "oh, I really want a cigarette" The pizza I ordered is not to blame other than the crust. If I had wanted something so bad, I would have gone to the earthenware museum across the street. The cleanliness of the dishes needs to be reviewed. The next table ordered flank steaks with fries. The fries arrive burnt and when people ask if they can change, they are offered mash instead because they no longer make fries for this service. What a surprise when fries were served to another table a few minutes later. In short, if you want to eat a pizza with good dough, find another address!

12/09/2024: Okay so already the service to review, when we work in customer relations we say hello and we smile a minimum... Then we're not friends so please don't say "square" without a look when we tell you what we would like to eat. The water glasses were dirty (see photo). The atmosphere of the restaurant is not warm at all, it is even in poor condition. The pizza was not disgusting but by far very good, the crust was hard. Even if it means paying a little more, go eat in a nicer restaurant in the small streets up high!
