02/05/2026: I ate there with friends on Wednesday evening, we ate well, the service was fast and the staff were super friendly, we even took the time to have a laugh with them.

07/06/2026: Quick service, a bland buffet: cucumber with cream, no salt, pepper, or chives... homemade fries, desserts, and ingredients of very average quality... It's a shame; taxes are crushing our restaurants, which influences the choice of products used.

23/08/2026: Having worked at this chain for 25 years and knowing it very well, I find the state of the toilets appalling. At barely 12:30 PM, the toilet bins are overflowing, the floor is flooded with urine or something else. One door doesn't even have a lock anymore. You can feel the absence of a manager, and even more so, of a franchisee on site. This problem would never have existed under Bruno Dagonet, given that the customer traffic was completely different back then. This isn't the first time I've noticed this, and I felt it had to be said.

21/08/2026: Half of the machines for ordering were off everything else was fine

25/08/2026: False advertising! The owners list "vegetarian option" and "vegan option" on the menu but cook their fries in beef fat without informing customers. This is disrespectful to vegetarians, vegans, and Muslims who eat halal. In short, nothing is right. I will continue to give this place bad publicity at least until they clearly state that their fries are cooked in meat.

25/08/2026: Contrary to what they claim, there are no vegan or vegetarian options; they cook their fries in beef fat. And they don't even inform vegetarian or vegan customers! It's a disgrace! You have an obligation to be transparent about this!
