10/05/2026: The food was very good.
The wait was long.
There was no drinks menu and the pricing was unclear.
The set menus are attractively priced, starting at €35. However, you should expect to pay extra for items that are more expensive than the menu itself. We would have much preferred a slightly more expensive menu from the outset, but with a clearer pricing policy.
The wait was also particularly long, with over 2.5 hours spent there.
This is all the more disappointing because the food was truly excellent and well worth the trip. If you were aware of these drawbacks and the actual cost, the experience could still be enjoyable. But for us, these practices left a bitter taste.
Drinks prices:
Pear cider offered as an aperitif: €12 per glass
Filtered water available on site (still or sparkling, allow one bottle per person): €6 per bottle
3-wine pairing: €35
10/05/2026: “Unfortunately, good food alone isn’t enough to guarantee a great experience. When we made a reservation for four adults and four children, there was no transparency regarding the lack of a children’s menu or the requirement to order a single menu for the entire table. This type of information should be provided before guests arrive. The service, particularly cold and unfriendly, reinforced this feeling of unease throughout the meal. As for the prices charged, they should imply an impeccable level of welcome and attention, which was clearly not our experience that evening.”

20/03/2026: Hello, on this day of 20/03/2026 the staff is very unpleasant, not helpful, they sigh in front of customers, 10 minutes wait for a simple cup lid while they look at the customers but don't come over, for a box of 20 nuggets there are not enough, for a caramel sundae there is not enough caramel, we ask for a little more and are refused for an extra charge, a staff member arrives at work in civilian clothes and not in work clothes, not very pleasant and not PROFESSIONAL at all.
18/03/2026: I was saving up points to get the thermos... I placed my order using my accumulated points.
After paying and receiving my order, I was told there were no more thermoses and that there wouldn't be any more. They offered me a sandwich instead! How ungrateful! I obviously refused, saying I wanted my points refunded... To which they replied that it wasn't possible and there were no other solutions. I explained to them that this was completely unacceptable and theft, and that I wanted to see a manager to find a reasonable solution. The manager didn't come to see me, but... what a coincidence, a thermos appeared from the back!
Of course, let's not forget that, as usual with McDonald's... there was an error on one of the menus...
