13/02/2024: In brienne-le-chateau, France... Hotel restaurant...... we have been there twice on the way......the truth is it's good... everything is very clean as it should be...... .... At the entrance there is a small bar counter... which is very good for having a drink 🍹 or ... an aperitif and as for the attention, the man at the bar is very friendly...... ....I recommend it...Danke schoen....................

19/05/2024: Very good cuisine. On the other hand, we were seated at a table for 2 even though there were 3 of us and the restaurant was empty!
