03/06/2024: Very nice couple doing the restaurant 👌 the dish was a menu for lovely 29 in the evening. The main course was duck that was perfectly made 😊 staff is really friendly ☺️

27/05/2024: Had a wonderful meal here on our last night in Aix. I know it may seem simple, just hot dogs & fries, but everything is made with local ingredients and is really delicious! The homemade onions are the star of the show! So good. And the couple running the restaurant are so sweet. You can make a reservation by SMS, which we did, but others walked up just fine. But a few people were turned away when the small amount of tables were full. Really cute atmosphere and just a great local meal!
19/05/2024: The best hot dogs in Aix. I always get a melted cheddar hot dog, it's better. Their fries are very good (cheddar is also very good but it's rich). Their banana bread too. I recommend.

26/03/2024: Beautiful bookstore which offers a wide variety of books in different languages. In particular, there are a lot of books for learning in different languages!
The drinks are very good, for reasonable prices!
24/03/2024: Authentic place with a great choice. We really appreciated the calm and studious atmosphere of the upstairs, the more library and tea room side of the ground floor. The staff is responsive and gentle, perfect for this welcoming café bookstore. We will come back

26/05/2024: Excellent bagel! The bread is very good, the ingredients are quality and the price is very affordable, I loved it! (7.5€ per bagel)
The place is located in the corner of a small street and is really worth the detour (near the madeleines Christophe) thanks to its small terrace which is a little quieter than the other streets in the center
The servers are also very nice!

06/04/2024: Excellent breakfast & service. The eggs benedict was nice, and the veggies toast was amazing. They also had the best coffee in town. Get there early as the line can get long.

The pub is run down! It smells musty! The benches and chairs are in catastrophic condition.
The worst is the staff!!! The waiter is execrable and the worst is the manager who explains to his regulars (who look like drug addicts) out loud in his pub full of rugby players that he can't blame rugby and rugby players (but he's good happy to take their dough).
Rugby friends, some advice: don't go there, stay around the Vélodrome where there are nice bars. To flee !!!
