On a très bien mangé. Les mets sont bien âpretés et délicieux. On a eu énormément de plaisir. À recommander!
03/05/2024: A very good restaurant address in Mulhouse! The menu is small but each dish is very well constructed with good quality products, in short I enjoyed all the dishes.
I was for a weekday dinner. Attention ! It is best to reserve to get a table. The service is fast.
I had the foie gras terrine as a starter which was succulent, followed by the beef fillet as a main course, very well cooked and with well-controlled seasonings!
And for dessert the chocolate ganache was also very good but I should have had something fruitier but it was still very good.
In short, an excellent time in this restaurant in the city center of Mulhouse.

15/03/2024: Le cadre est un peu triste en hivers mais ça doit être super sympa au beaux jours,.
Le personnel est très accueillant et pro. Nous avons mangé un délicieux civet de sanglier hyper copieux. J'ai vraiment apprécié ce moment et les prix sont vraiment corrects.

18/05/2024: Nous avons diner à l'Ecrin à l'occasion des 89 ans de ma grand mère, malgré une tablé nombreuses le services a été rapide et de qualités. Nous nous sommes régalés! Leur gentillesse est également à souligner! Le patron nous a même embelli le gâteau que nous avions apporté en y ajoutant une déco fruité sans que nous le demandions !
Je recommande les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons!

Table of 10. Meals ordered in advance. One plate consisted of only one bone, without a gram of meat with a lot of sauce. Plate replaced by sliced chicken without a word of apology... Unfriendly and very insolent waitress.
Restaurant to avoid.....

21/05/2024: First of all, the wine list in two thick volumes, a real oenological museum: we regret that we take care of you too quickly, which interrupts your reading. But the simple Riesling in a pitcher is very good too.
The flameküche au gratin is to die for, the minced poultry smells of Alsace, but a little disappointment with the sauerkraut, which is very well served but lacks flavor.
Very pleasant setting.
All in all, a good meal and an address to remember.
