15/04/2024: We go to eat at Paulette's Élabo once and then, for sure, we go back there with our friends, the old mother, the neighbor, the cousin passing through and soon….our Canadian friend, then our Indian friend, etc… !. Unparalleled welcome….. as long as we look up when entering to see the immediate smile of those who welcome us, varied and tasty dishes, as long as we know how to appreciate the multiple and creative local flavors, warm atmosphere for those who knows how to enter this restaurant without unsuitable negative preconceptions, as a certain visitor was able to do not long ago and then spit out his bad soup in the reviews to the greater inconvenience of the other customers present on the day of his intrusion which everyone would have wondered about. pass !!

21/03/2024: Correct cuisine without being extraordinary, insufficient quantities even for small appetites. No carafe of tap water on the table. The attention to the birthday candle on the dessert was quite commendable but no request from the person concerned. Wine service not very professional. (drops falling on tablecloth) We expected much better for the price, very disappointed. Good day.

15/02/2024: Very disapointed... First of all, the waitress doesn't offer us any aperitifs... Very fast meal quickly shipped! At 8:30 a.m. the pretty illuminated park was turned off!! What a pity ! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Leaving the establishment I almost broke my face because there were no lights outside, I couldn't see where I was going!!!! Regarding the meal, very disappointed also 3 pieces of meat placed on the plate with a little sauce without accompaniment... The meal was still good, that's something... But for a gastro bistro I expected better...

08/03/2024: Two evenings for two very good quality dinners. A modest price with a varied menu offering many local and artisanal dishes and products. Relations were immediately warm with the staff who know how to take care of their customers. All in a small, authentic and bucolic village.

02/03/2024: At the centre of Buis just by the bridge over the river. Heated outer room as well as outside seating.
