10/05/2024: Restaurant ideally located opposite the entrance to the Royal Abbey.
Short menu is a very good sign, synonymous with freshness and home cooking.
We had lunch there twice in 5 days, that says it all.
The dishes and desserts are delicious.
The room is beautiful, the service is impeccable.
Thanks to the whole team for delicious moments. Too bad we live more than 900km away, but we'll come back to that.

Everything was perfect: the service, the cuisine (the gouline is a must try as a starter, the andouillette I'm not talking about it...), the room is also very cozy. In short, this restaurant absolutely does not deserve such a low rating. Incomprehensible / the mysteries of the algorithm…

We go there from time to time to taste what we haven't tried yet!

Then... the starters are very very good and you feel that it is homemade and fresh.
The dishes... holalala spiders... an amazing treat!
And there we are at dessert...and... delicious!
But what was also great... it was this boss/waiter... who loves his job and his cuisine... attentive... in short... we recommend ×1000

05/05/2024: A small hotel restaurant on the station square in Cholet. Le Bistrot de la Gare offers careful and generous cuisine, without pretension. Each dish is a delight, carefully prepared and served with simplicity. I really enjoyed my meal and I highly recommend this hotel restaurant to all lovers of good cuisine.
21/04/2024: Très déçu de notre soirée en famille , erreur de cuisson , sauce au roquefort sans gout , aucun condiment pour les enfants , 1 heure d'attente pour avoir un plat sans que la salle ne soit pleine . qualité bonne mais ne valant pas les tarifs pratiqué .
une expérience très décevante , nous ne reviendrons pas et ne conseilleront pas se restaurant qui est a mon gout a éviter
