22/05/2024: A very warm welcome, a perfect andouillette with chaource sauce Excellent value for money

14/05/2024: Wow! Patrick annd Sonnia were incredibly accommodating as we showed up with a group of 6 right before the end of lunch. The goat cheese appetizer (entree) was so delicious and the onion soup was the best we’ve had in France. The duck was incredibly flavorful and tender! Probably the best I’ve ever had! The veggie burger was very flavorful and moist. The French fries dipped in the blue cheese sauce was very very good! The plate du jour was a pollock with rice and vegetables and was very good. Patrick helped us pair a lovely bottle of white wine from the Loire Valley with our meal. This place is exceptional and we hope to eat here again very soon! We had profiteroles for dessert and they were incredible! The chocolate sauce was amazing and the filling was also delicious!

05/05/2024: Gourmet restaurant with generous portions. The sweetbreads are to die for, delicious. Restaurant not far from the center of Troyes, rue de Turenne, it is definitely worth taking a few extra steps. I recommend 500%.

Everything is perfect: very fresh local products, warm welcome, impeccable service and an explosion of flavors. The cuisine is inventive and the menu is changed very regularly. 14/04/2024: Chargé de guider un groupe de motards qui cherchait un lieu pour se poser, près du lac de la forêt d’Orient, j’ai opté pour le P’tit Champenois. Placés dans une salle à l’écart de la grande salle, nous avons pu discuter sans craindre de déranger les voisins. Carte réduite, mais donnant résolument la priorité aux produits locaux. Tous les convives se sont régalés. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel et accueil sympathique. Je recommande.

13/04/2024: l 'endroit est sympa mais des choses sont à améliorer pour être plus attractif. La carte des vins reste insuffisante et de faible qualité , on devrait avoir beaucoup plus de choix à ce niveau , il serait bien de faire le nécessaire d'autant plus que le restaurant reste relativement cher produits de qualité va avec vins de qualité.

19/05/2024: I recently had the pleasure of dining with family at this restaurant and I must say that the experience was remarkable from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were attentive and professional throughout the evening. The restaurant setting is both elegant and friendly. As for the cuisine, each dish was a real delight for the taste buds, special mention for the tournedos Rossini and the scallops. The dessert, notably the profiteroles, closed the meal on a sweet and perfectly balanced note. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good food and those looking to have a good time.
