On a très bien mangé. Les mets sont bien âpretés et délicieux. On a eu énormément de plaisir. À recommander!
03/05/2024: A very good restaurant address in Mulhouse! The menu is small but each dish is very well constructed with good quality products, in short I enjoyed all the dishes.
I was for a weekday dinner. Attention ! It is best to reserve to get a table. The service is fast.
I had the foie gras terrine as a starter which was succulent, followed by the beef fillet as a main course, very well cooked and with well-controlled seasonings!
And for dessert the chocolate ganache was also very good but I should have had something fruitier but it was still very good.
In short, an excellent time in this restaurant in the city center of Mulhouse.

27/02/2024: Un accueil remarquable dans un lieu typique. Un repas marcaire presque authentique dans cette ferme alsacienne avec une tourte délicieuse. Malheureusement les pommes de terres y sont moins savoureuses qu'avant.

23/05/2024: Excellent time around a homemade coarse salt beef which has great taste. All that was missing was a little horseradish sauce for indulgence. The Munster bought on site is delicious.

04/05/2024: We took the Chef's surprise on the menu. Very pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. The only downside was the dessert, a tone below but I recommend. It's a beautiful, atypical restaurant where we ate very well despite 4 young girls sitting nearby and horribly noisy.

04/05/2024: We spontaneously visited the restaurant for lunch and each ordered a starter and a main course. We followed the waiter's recommendations for the right wine accompaniment. The welcome was very friendly. The service is excellent and the food including the wine pairing is a dream. We happily left the restaurant after a long lunch break. We can fully recommend the restaurant. Thank you for the experience.
29/04/2024: I think the review corps from the Michelin Guide had a really bad day the night they passed by Eguisheim. Have visited and had 1 star experiences elsewhere in the world that are on the same level as at Au Vieux Porsche. The restaurant and staff are not just close to the first star, they are already there.

Le service est super convivial, souriant et efficace, au top.
Les plats sont copieux et excellents.

Superbe restaurant à la décoration soignée et chaleureuse, c'est très jolie et très accueillant tout comme l'accueil et le service.
C'est dynamique, souriant et convivial, vraiment très agréable.
la cuisine est juste incroyable, c'est bon, c'est beau, c'est juste, c'est fin, qualitativement et gustativement au top !
La présentation est magnifique et soignée, c'est une cuisine de haute volée. Mériterais une étoile tellement les accords et les saveurs sont maitrisés.
Un vrai régal, nous avons passé un excellent moment.

We were very well received, the room was very good, with a small terrace.
The establishment is very close.
I obviously recommend it.
17/04/2024: In April 2024 we spent 2 nights in the hotel. Very friendly staff and helpful, especially the young lady at reception. The room and bathroom super clean. The food was good too. The hotel is centrally located and you can go to Colmar or other nearby villages. We will definitely go back again!!

22/05/2024: Das ländlich- sittlich eingerichtete Zweitrestaurant zum Chambard hat eine erstaunlich gute Küche. Die Gänseleber war eine der besten, die ich je in einem Restaurant hatte und - zugegebermassen - auch besser als meine selbst zubereitete. Ein süsser Gewürztraminer (Jahrgang 2001) war eine sehr gute Empfehlung.
Der Hauptgang mit Ziegenfilet war auch ein grosser Genuss mit dem passenden empfohlenen Riesling aus dem Elsass dazu. Die Weinkarte ist ein dickes Buch, in dem wohl jeder mit Hilfe der Weinberatung etwas Gutes finden wird.

02/05/2024: Ce fût mon deuxième passage dans cet établissement et nous avons très bien mangés avec ma compagne. Le patron est à l’écoute de ses convives pour les éventuelles "améliorations" de cuisson pour le fameux Elsass Burger ;-) , vous passerez en tout cas un excellent moment ici.

Be sure to accept a wine recommendation per course! This is followed by fine wines, extremely exciting explanations and everything at very fair prices.
