06/04/2024: Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend in diesem schönen Restaurant verbracht. Die Bedienung war sehr kompetent, charmant und fröhlich. Das Essen war traumhaft - ein Genuss von der ersten bis zur letzten Gabel.
06/04/2024: This place is an excellent choice for foodies. We enjoyed it a lot and the lady in the service is the best at her job and she seems enjoying it. Maybe one of the owners. Everything was freshly made, the taste was refreshing. The restaurant is clean. It could get some renovation done.

17/05/2024: We had only two starters and one main for two adults. And three caps of wine. Food was delicious and service above all expectations.
16/05/2024: Excellent experience, in all categories. We thoroughly enjoyed each course. The service was also exceptional, especially the sommelier, who gave perfect wine recommendations to us. I think we cleaned every single plate for 3-4 courses, which is rare for us.

Relaxed but serious atmosphere.
Quality meal because tasty, hot, correct quantity.
The crockery is in harmony with the style and of quality, nothing chipped.
2 servers who get along well and that gives perfect service.
Top risotto and burger as well as profiteroles.
A glass of wine that is excellent.
A simple card but that's what we're looking for. the people around us were smiling and seemed to be having a good time.
This is an address that should not be missed

It's sublime, from the reservation to the café it's a most pleasant moment.
The restaurant is perched in the middle of the climb which leads to the castle, seated on tables arranged around an old have we delight in the chef's abode.
And damn what a treat!
A culinary experience, it's so good, so well seasoned. Everything is homemade and in quantities limited to the number of seats for the day.
The chef, boss, waiter because yes he does everything, is very friendly and makes us have a good time.
We will come back without hesitation at the opening of the next season!

In old Vaison, it is from the bottom of the oven via the flight of stairs to the trickle of water from the washhouse that, without setbacks, Thierry, the ace of the abode, will FEDERATE all lovers of this traditional dish.
Everything was perfect, don't change anything.
We are already reserving our square in the central aisle for next year ;-)

27/04/2024: A very pleasant and smiling welcome from the three women in the room, including the boss. We even had the chance to chat a little and discuss the places and history of the region, which was very pleasant. Advice that we greatly appreciated. People made for catering! We had two dishes (one of the day/an AAAAA andouillette) which were very good. The quantities are great. Two desserts also (very delicious coffee/dark chocolate mousse) or again, there is nothing to complain about except that I have never eaten such a good chocolate mousse 😍 A bottle of Gigondas (red wine) to coat everything and it was perfect! A great time with good products and great people. Thank you 😁

05/05/2024: If carlsberg did provençal garden restaurant in glorious spring sunshine with a bottle of elegant white wine wine from the Luberon. A triumph of a restaurant. Beautiful setting, welcoming staff (inc. chef Alexis), family feel, incredible food. Clean facilities, cosy interior. Highly recommend. Did Sunday lunch but likely just as good for a dinner.
