The oysters are excellent, of very good quality, a treat, the same goes for the shrimp. All this at a more than fair price. 21/03/2024: I didn't know about this emblematic restaurant in the Bordeaux area and it was time to do something about it after 23 years of living in the region. The menu is very beautiful, whether in terms of meat or seafood. That said, the reputation of the restaurant having been built on meat products, you have to have fun with it. I enjoyed tricandilles followed by a 1/2 breast of rossini duck with small vegetables and Bordeaux porcini mushrooms (it's the season we were in October) perfectly prepared. The wine and digestive list is magnificent, every wine enthusiast will find what they are looking for. An essential address not to be missed.

14/05/2024: Nul surfait profite de sa réputation d'antan. Langoustines molles bigorneaux fades . Seules les huîtres étaient correctes. Pour un plateau chouette c'est à fuir mieux vaut aller à l'atelier à côté moins cher et plus frais.

14/05/2024: Excellente adresse, tout était parfait, de l’entrée, du plat au dessert. Un accueil chaleureux et une équipe dynamique. Je ne comprends pas les avis précédents sur la négativité de l’accueil. Allez y sans crainte vous ne serez pas déçus. Le seul problème le soleil n’était pas au rdv 😂. Bonne continuation à toute l’équipe et bon courage pour supporter les gens négatifs 😉

26/03/2024: A friend told me good things about it. We tried this restaurant on Monday at lunch. Pure happiness. The setting. The welcome. The kitchen. Everything is there. We will return. Special mention for the pastry chef who served us a fantastic dessert. The best pavlova of my life.with passion fruit..a great success.the Peking duck like the semi-cooked salmon were to die for..thank you for this beautiful moment.see you very soon.

26/03/2024: Le Pinasse Café: our reference for birthdays or special occasions. So many changes since our last visit in 2020! The view of the Dune is always perfect, although the somewhat high hedges obstruct the view. On the other hand, the contents of the plate are disappointing: meager and average in terms of cooking. The pigeon is in fact half a squab, the sea bream fillet makes 3 bites and the garnish is made up of 2 seed cut in 2 placed around 3 tablespoons of sauce. I suddenly look differently at people on terraces who mostly eat nice plates of fries. Terrace which, arriving after us, is nevertheless served before the 7 of us. The service stretches on until the oldest (87 and 89 years old) are exhausted. In short, disappointment.

10/05/2024: An ideal spot in the covered market. A very popular place, don't hesitate to arrive early to taste seafood. We opted for a seafood platter for two at €60 and a bottle of white wine at €19. Very good value for money and very fresh shellfish. Fast service and very friendly staff. We recommend !
