20/03/2024: Very very good restaurant never disappointed with the dishes and the service by the 2 young people, nothing to say, nice, polite.
The only 2 negative points, if we can say that, are the background music, something that sounds like it's at a funfair, and the bread basket has 3 or 4 slices in drops.
Otherwise great, nothing to say, very satisfied.

21/05/2024: While passing through Tours and given the other reviews here, I absolutely wanted to try this restaurant and without regrets. Everything was perfect and well managed from start to finish.
The service is rather fast. The rillette offered as an aperitif is really good.
The sweetbreads, whether as a starter or main course, are perfectly mastered.
We got around €120 for 2 non-alcoholic cocktails, 2 starters and 2 main courses.
However, I give 4 points for the service because the person taking the drink order rushed us to order even though we had just sat down. We asked for time and she came back after only 2 minutes. The only downside for us
17/05/2024: Wow! So much memories! After 8 years without coming, I rediscovered, this afternoon for lunch, this establishment that I have frequented many times before! It was a real pleasure! Top service! Excellent cuisine! Unmissable address!!!!!! Well done and see you soon!

30/12/2023: Bold, surprising and delicious cuisine. We returned a dish because it was very very salty, it came back a little too salty, too bad it was scrambled eggs. We were not offered coffee or hot drinks!. Chairs are extremely uncomfortable over 30 years old!!! What a shame for such a refined place and such a precious chef.
29/12/2023: Creative dishes using simple seasonal products, with a desire to please us, and a fair balance of flavors serving the basic product.
The service is impeccable, the plates and cutlery are superb, carefully selected, the atmosphere is peaceful, a pure moment of happiness for all the senses, well done!

14/05/2024: We came for lunch on a Sunday and had a lovely time. Little touches present which are becoming more and more rare and very good dishes.
11/05/2024: A nice restaurant room with fireplace in a “cave” (troglodyte space). The region's products are well cooked (rillons, rillettes, holy maure). A small downside on the cuisine that I found a little too greasy which makes us arrive at dessert with too full bellies and limits the refinement of the dishes.
The service is efficient and pleasant.

06/04/2024: If you want to taste traditional, delicate and authentic French cuisine, this is the restaurant for you. Prices are reasonable. It's perfect. We have been there 3 or 4 times, I have never been disappointed. And I intend to return there.

Wherever it is located, you would never know there would be such a good restaurant. (thanks to my partner for finding it)
Unfortunately, they are closed on weekends from Saturday.
