05/05/2024: Un régal! Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas dégusté d’aussi bons sashimis a Paris! Les poissons dont variés, très frais et très savoureux. Certes les portions sont petites par rapport à ce dont on a pris l’habitude mais la qualité et la saveur font que l’on se sent rassasié ! Accueil vraiment très gentil et souriant et amuse bouche à l’aubergine très savoureux. C’est minuscule mais cela vaut je trouve la peine de privilégier la qualité et l’authenticité !
29/03/2024: Sushi like in Japan (and they have fatty tuna 😱👍), unlike Japanese restaurants in France, their fish is so good that I can only recommend the discovery menu (where I generally recommend the salmon)

13/05/2024: Very nice boss who takes the time to explain these formulas, there is a wide choice of Ramune. Very good fried chicken, the rest of the bento rather classic, I recommend, even if a little expensive, but it's probably to afford the large room. Can't wait to try their happy hour at 5 euros for a beer and a small plate of Korean Fried Chicken!

12/05/2024: It's been a long time since I fell in love with a restaurant like this! I'm a big fan of Asian cuisine, and this is really excellent! I tasted Onigiri salmon, breaded pork sando, caramelized beef! The servers are also very very pleasant, which is not negligible in Paris!
12/05/2024: Very good food, but it is crowded and you may have to wait 30 min to get a table for dinner. On the street the space to stay is very limited and kind of difficult to get in/out

03/05/2024: A classic sushi restaurant. But the quality is not there, and neither is the quantity compared to other restaurants. We can even talk about a misleading photo on the menu for the shirashi (menu B2) which is well garnished on the photo of the menu, no grain of rice is visible under the salmon, while the dish itself is much less generous in salmon, there are only about ten slices..

Dishes: miso ramen, shoyu ramen. Starters: gyoza, shrimp tempura
The pros: the ramen tastes pretty good, the quantities are good
The -: the broth looks like a meat stock not like a real miso, the pork chashu is a little dry, the starters are passable (frozen?)

24/12/2023: A successful lunch around truly traditional cuisine made before your eyes. The products are fresh and the cuisine is top notch. Do not hesitate to come early because the number of dishes is necessarily limited to guarantee quality.
