25/03/2024: We had lunch in a pleasant setting, good welcome, decent service, good value for money with the pleasure menu at 44€ even if the 8€ Beuchelle supplement seems surprising to me..
I didn't find the taste of the foie gras in the starter which was a little too salty for me.
The lamb breast was delicious, I would have liked a third piece.
The cognac flambé soufflé is excellent.
Small downside is the price of the wine (saumur Champigny) at €45? 4 times the trade price.

16/03/2024: Estelle and Catalina are absolutely adorable and make every effort to welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The menu is original (I believe that Les Planches is the only restaurant to offer bruschettas with so many different recipes in Blois), and regularly renewed according to the seasons. The portions are generous and the cocktails are really nice! Thank you girls !!!
16/03/2024: No hesitation! Get out of the city center full of snacks, kebabs and other scams to try the experience! You will be welcomed by Estelle who will put you at ease, advise you and Catalina behind her stove with golden hands to prepare delicious bruschettas for you , copious, elegantly presented and full of flavors but also delicious desserts including revisited Tatin and ice cream, all in a cozy and warm atmosphere. We had a delicious and pleasant time. Thank you for this professionalism.

20/05/2024: Very pleasant discovery of a gourmet restaurant: opposite the Château de Blois, on the shore of the Loire, finally real French cuisine.
The two of us chose for lunch, main course + dessert:
. Sweetbreads: the house’s signature dish and we understand why 😀
. poultry ballotine: well-controlled and tasty cooking
. Raspberry tartlet on caramel cream: good pastry
. but special mention for the mango sorbet on a fresh apricot soup: a combination of good taste and refreshing.
All served with kindness, good wine advice (by the glass) for each dish.
Well done to the chef and the whole team.

23/03/2024: I've been telling myself for a long time that we should go there, something I did last night to end a busy week. Light and tasty appetizers, a full-bodied bisque, a bo bun bowl that I dream of one day being able to match...and dessert, I advise you to go there for a snack, because even if I try hard to describe it to you, it will not be as detailed as if it were savored in real life!
Service with smiles, a positive approach right down to the phrasing, all this encourages you to always see the glass half full! And the wine, Thierry Chardon, the generation between mine and my father's, a football player, who is undeniably a damn good winemaker!
Well done everyone, the Michelin can come, you are ready.

The menu changes according to the seasons. Which allows us to return there regularly. Every time we go there our taste buds are in celebration.
The restaurant also offers themed evenings, with dinner platters of charcuterie, cheese and delicious cocktails.
I recommend this restaurant for all occasions, with family or friends.
You will not be disappointed

10/06/2024: A very good 2 night stay in the lodges. Excellent welcome from all the staff both at reception and from the maître d’ at the restaurant. The rooms are large with a warm wooden atmosphere in the middle of the park but not far from the hotel building. Breakfast varied but correct for a 4 star. Large wooded car park with Porsche charging stations.
