19/05/2024: Catastrophic reception, dishes served that did not correspond to the order, poor service and too long a delay, to the point of having to be put back in place because they had to take direct dishes without a starter, a little help from Philippe ETCHEBEST would do them the world of good

13/05/2024: Heartwarming welcome. There were still a few tables free. The restaurant quickly filled up. Our order was taken at the same time as everyone else. I gradually saw that the other tables were being served and not us. After 30 minutes, I got up and the waitress pointed me to the toilets 😂. I just got up to leave. She didn't understand why. We didn’t even have a carafe of water, our glass of aperitif…… I stayed anyway. But restaurant to avoid!

11/06/2024: TO ESCAPE - Meal for two on a very high and too small bistro table, placed under a vault I spent the meal folded in half on my table. Thanks for the back pain. Although we had just started the aperitif, my dish was served to me before my starter… a first! Worse: seeing her mistake, the waitress hesitates and finally tells me that she has no choice but to leave me my calzone and too bad for me. I put it on a corner of the table while waiting. The bottle of wine was served immediately, it had to be stored on the pizza oven because the wine was very very hot, at least 35 degrees. The table is full, we can hardly move. My starter finally arrives, the dishes are piled up in every direction, we can barely move. I ate my starter hot and my main course cold. The boss passes by and seeing the carnage simply suggests that I put my half-eaten calzone pizza back in the oven to reheat it. I agreed, my partner to eat alone. Me too and I ate my pizza cold then overcooked. No action on the bill. Loud and awkward conflict between other customers and staff. I have been in Belle Isle en Mer for 35 years, it is by far the worst restaurant on the island. And the worst experience of my life. Never again.

28/05/2024: ideally located on the square. But welcome from the “borderline” aggressive boss. Should contain his tempers (with tourists) and be as friendly as he is with locals. decent kitchen.

16/05/2024: Cold mold and not delicious. He should go to Léon de Bruxelles. Some short fries... This is the typical restaurant for passing tourists like in Paris on rue Mouffetard

18/05/2024: Très professionnels très gentils Nous sommes arrivés pour déjeuner à 13h30 nous ont installés sur la terrasse alors qu’ils étaient victimes d’un feu de cheminée ! Belle équipe je recommande

08/05/2024: Qualité mais qu est ce que c est long long voir très long un coup de peps ou de la musique pour motiver le personnel incompréhensible
