Very sophisticated appetizers and desserts that are as good as they are beautiful.
The lemon dessert is very popular. Very balanced menu.
14/02/2024: A truly pleasant moment, a very nice discovery, the cuisine is excellent and refined, very good value for money, the service is perfect and attentive. A beautiful address I recommend it. We will come back.

01/04/2024: A very good and beautiful Estaminet Flamand in the heart of Cassel (the most beautiful village in France)! Welcome, delicacy, decor... At a controlled price (around €25 main course, dessert and drink). I advise !

What a pleasant surprise...a beautiful place (if you don't like the old one) the staff is friendly...
One thing I liked was that we weren't too tight on each other...
In terms of food, it was just very good!
Everything is homemade and it’s very generous!
There's a bit of a wait but when the plate is there it's worth the wait!
We will return

14/05/2024: Nice little place on the Grand Place of Cassel. In any case, a beautiful, cozy Flemish place on top of the Casselberg.
06/04/2024: What can I say about this café/restaurant? We only drank a coffee and ate a crepe there but the atmosphere that emanates from this place is incredible. It really felt like we were making a leap in the past. Unfortunately we couldn't eat there because the place was booked for lunch but it would have been a pleasure.

A draft beer....5 euros, simply shameful and no proof, we are not on the Champs Elysée but in Cassel. No paper in the toilet...

06/04/2024: We ate for lunch in this place, which seems to be one of the few in the city not to offer an "estaminet" type menu. A rather special menu with 7-hour lamb alongside more “Tex-Mex” dishes, for my part I had half a chicken/BBQ-style fries. The least we can say is that this chef's cuisine is generous! The portions are large (too much perhaps?) but the prices are affordable. Some ideas are good like the drop peppers that I discovered with the salad, original and which really bring a touch of freshness. Unfortunately a few faults, in the service with my pants which took a rinse of sauce when the waitress served me, the chicken also which was a little cold or not finished defrosting in its center.
