15/05/2024: I hadn't been back there since the previous owners. We ate very well. Nice little rings at the aperitif as well as the homemade sauce.... The burgers are very good... The desserts too, all at a very reasonable price

25/05/2024: Pizzeria encountered by Hazard because I had a construction site nearby, I'm from Loon Plage and plan to travel every time I want pizza, everything smells fresh, the tomato sauce is a treat, value for money is astonishing, and on top of that we are really well received. I recommend it to you, there is no need to hesitate. Bravo to you, you don't change anything

18/04/2024: We were looking for a restaurant with a lunch menu and we were delighted with our choice Poultry supreme in white wine shallot sauce with salad and fries...a delight at a super reasonable price: €15! Friendly staff and very nice restaurant

11/04/2024: Once again we were not disappointed. Quality products, pretty, well-stocked plates, attentive staff (lovely attention to my daughter) all this in a warm atmosphere. It is always a pleasure to eat in this restaurant with very good value for money. We will gladly come back. See you soon.

12/05/2024: Restaurant sympa,cool, la viande est excellente, certes le tarif est assez élevé mais c'est vraiment de la qualité et on est vraiment bien servi à tel point qu'on delaisse volontiers le dessert .Il y a également de très bon vins et notamment le roi boeuf qui se marie à merveille avec la viande.

27/04/2024: We went to Moonshiner for the first time a week ago with a couple of friends (who were regulars at the restaurant). We had reserved a table for 4, knowing that 2 of us did not eat meat, and were not very hungry: we still wanted to share the table with our friends who had planned to have dinner - around an aperitif. So we first ordered an aperitif: when asked for the list of gin and tonics available, the waiter first replied “that they had all the gins”; then to the ensuing question: ''do you have any Bombay Sapphire (gin)?'', he very rudely replied (almost insultingly) ''that they only had good gin, and no ''low-end'' gin). Either. Then, when ordering the dish, we asked to accompany our cocktails 2 fried camemberts as well as fries (starter/side dish appearing on the menu in the ''aperitif to share with friends'' section, see restaurant menu, available on their website); our friends having each ordered a starter and a main course. The waitress initially objected to us that this was not possible, that the fried camemberts could not be shared, that it was a starter for 1 person only and that we were obliged to order a main course to have the privilege of ordering this starter. His manager then arrived at our table; and he was just as (or even more!) unpleasant, asserting that the camemberts could not be served as a 'dish' but could only be, quote, 'shared among several people'. the aperitif'' (which we originally intended to do as a couple, to accompany our cocktails and our friends who, I remind you, had each ordered a starter and a meat dish for the amount of 47€ per person). I then informed the waiter that we were not eating meat; and that we only wanted to have one (or more!) aperitifs, accompanied by starters to share - and in particular the fried camemberts, which are in reality the only vegetarian option on the menu). His response (implied) was: it's absolutely not my problem, you just had to go elsewhere! What we decided to do, and to which he replied “good luck!” Note that we were during the week and the restaurant was far from full. In short, we will never set foot there again. To avoid ! Terrible staff and genuinely poor service. NB: very unfortunate because apparently the food is of good quality (apparently only because we were not allowed to taste it! Horrible vegetarians and cheese lovers that we are!). We also had dinner in another restaurant of the same group that evening (Le Latina in Malo): same products, same menu, however impeccable service and adorable waiters/waitresses! Who also let us order a fried camembert! The day and the night!

26/05/2024: We had a wonderful evening for a bachelorette party. The decor is magnificent, the food quality and the service top-notch.

25/05/2024: Everything is perfect, the cuisine is really great and the staff are really nice. Great atmosphere. I recommend czr really really great.

23/03/2024: We originally went to a different restaurant which was closed when it said it was open.(Marie Jane) Accidentally went into this one. ,,La Puzzle" We were greeted very nicely (by a waiter which looked like Eric Roberts) he was extremely nice. The food was Michelin star like ( thank you to a chef). The wine was amazing and finally with the dessert very delicious. I recommend this place. Will definitely come back.

12/03/2024: Very good restaurant in a very good location. Service a little quick for my taste for retirees 😂 who enjoy themselves at the table 😉. Remember to book 😉. It’s a shame not to be able to adapt the menu via a multiple choice of dishes on the menu, impossible to adapt it to our tastes 🙁. A little flexibility would be all the better 😉. Lack of Alsace wine ☹️ white and red. Good dining experience.

03/04/2024: Friendly and smiling welcome! Very good dish but a little tight for the quantity... I'm rather greedy but I found that the quantities were really small. EDIT I had a Ruben Burger and a Hot Berry. I'm greedy and I have a big frame 😉 But that doesn't stop it from being really good.

27/01/2024: My favorite restaurant for years and not just in Dunkirk! The atmosphere is warm, intimate, we are always very well received. The dishes are full of flavors, fragrant, we offer you authentic cuisine that is out of the ordinary. Save a little room for dessert, you won't regret it ;)

09/05/2024: Swung by for lunch passing by Dunquerke. The atmosphere was very nice. The presentation of our dishes was quite austere but the quality and taste were there for sure! Service could improve too but overall a positive experience.

03/04/2024: Decor, menu, friendliness of managers and staff, everything is there! We enjoyed ourselves and strongly recommend stopping there to enjoy a good dish.

02/04/2024: Superb restaurant Very warm welcome. Excellent home-cooked food. We appreciated the good humor of the boss and tasted the apple juniper as a digestive. A killer, the boss even left the bottle for us on the table, we were right at home. If you go to Dunkirk, don't hesitate to get there. The 32 menu is great

31/03/2024: Quality, tasty and fresh cuisine. Fried smelt is delicious. The waiter who knows his menu perfectly will advise you properly. Plus, he's super friendly. He recommended a fisherman's pot to me and I didn't regret it
