Young and very pleasant, discreet and attentive staff, gourmet cuisine, very well cooked fish and vegetables.
Really thank you for this delicious moment...
2 small remarks to be even more at the top: the room resonates too much... to work on the walls and the ceiling perhaps, and the composition of the dishes not detailed enough by the staff.. But a big thank you to the small team. .we will come back soon.. That's for sure..

Beautiful menu, for my part trout with riesling 😋😋. Place where I will return with reservation to be sure of having a place 😉

25/05/2024: This is the 2nd time we have come to eat at the edge of Lake Gérardmer. It's a restaurant with a short menu and always quite surprising and original 👍 the menu is at a very reasonable price, which is appreciable.

A bit too tight at the tables and difficult to access with all the stairs for people with reduced mobility.
As for animals, a person was refused with their dog, too bad! 🤔

I have a small caveat on the cooking of the meat. Cooking is not requested when ordering and the steaks are a little overcooked. Too bad because the meat seemed to me to be of good quality.
For the rest it's very good.
Good toppings, good bread and good beer.
