Brasserie Granvelle sur Besancon

Quel délice! L’entrée (médaillon de truite) était très bonne, mais pour le plat (suprême de volaille) c’était vraiment un niveau au-dessus! Vraiment bravo, la cuisson de la viande, la sauce, les légumes, les assaisonnements tout étaient excellents et tout se mariait à merveille! Le nougat glacé était très bien réalisé également. Une très bonne adresse où je reviendrai à coup sûr!

There is a terrace in Besançon where I have enjoyed for many years, strolling, taking my break (or my professional appointments), taking my time, meditating, and of course having lunch... that of the Granvelle brasserie. The welcome has always been friendly, the service careful and very fast, and the servers attentive, caring and loyal. We feel like a fulfilled team, who loves their work and their customers. The dish of the day is exceptional value for money. And the varied menu will delight all gourmets. All in the wonderful setting of the Granvelle promenade where Victor Hugo reminds us that our city is also that of great men. Beautiful brasserie with a large terrace. Wide opening hours. Coming without reservation on a Sunday lunchtime, we were offered to have an aperitif on the terrace while waiting for a table to become available. We were seated at the table only twenty minutes later. Efficient and professional service, little waiting despite the crowds. Tasty cuisine, fresh and quality ingredients; some Franche-Comté specialties. Very good value for money. Parking (paid) nearby.

Il existe à Besançon une terrasse ou j’aime depuis de nombreuses années, flâner, faire ma pause (ou mes RV pro), prendre mon temps, méditer, et bien sûr déjeuner… celle de la brasserie Granvelle. L’accueil y est depuis toujours aimable, le service soigné et très rapide, et les serveurs attentionnés, bienveillants et fidèles. On sent une équipe épanouie, qui aime son travail et ses clients. Le plat du jour est quand à lui d’un rapport qualité / prix exceptionnel. Et la carte variée ravira tous les gourmets. Le tout dans le cadre merveilleux de la promenade Granvelle ou Victor Hugo nous rappelle que notre ville est aussi celle des grands hommes. Passing through Besançon this evening, we were very well received by the waiters, the dishes are copious and good and the setting is pleasant.

No interest.... Neither good nor bad, deafening atmosphere, decent service but limited welcome. Not essential at all

Great time in the brewery! The Comtoise plate is a real discovery, which takes the palate on a journey to the heart of the region's specialties! I recommend it

Very good cuisine, copious and delicious dishes, and very good service by Étienne (tattoos) who was courteous and very helpful. We will come back, of course 👍🏼

Top-notch setting and dishes... Careful team... In short, a place where I like to go and eat or simply have a drink on the pretty terrace!
