Remarkable place for its decor (special mention for the toilets) and its tasty cuisine. Very pleasant and friendly service and welcome. Professionals, we'll come back, that's for sure.

Excellent welcome with our little border collie. The room is very nicely decorated, the service is impeccable and the staff is very pleasant. To top it all off, the dishes are excellent. In short, we will definitely come back.

Very nice address. A good, well-dressed pizza with quality ingredients and a very balanced dessert to end the meal. Pleasant atmosphere with elaborate decor. I recommend !

Restaurant recommended by a friend. A great discovery, the setting is magnificent, the general atmosphere with the service is super pleasant, especially for a one-on-one time without the children 😜. The cuisine is really good, the menu is very pleasant to discover. I highly recommend.👍👍

For the 2nd time that we are going to this restaurant, the welcome is always impeccable, excellent cuisine, friendly waitress, good atmosphere only downside this time, the price of the spritz displayed at 7€50 on the menu ends up at 9€ 50 when paying, this kind of “bad surprise” is quite unpleasant. Also, there was a confusion when the waitress arrived to serve it announcing an "original", I told her I didn't order that, so difference in name and price between what is written on the map and what is announced next, it would be good to update the map.

14/05/2024: We were delighted with the welcome. Ideal location for visiting Carcassonne (10 min walk) and very easy to park and free. On the other hand, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that the swimming pool was closed and also I did not find it normal that the air conditioning was not on even though it was particularly hot outside (26 degrees). This spoiled our stay and our night, especially given the price of the room paid that day.
13/05/2024: The location and facilities were nice, but the service from the employees was excellent, everyone was professional and friendly. The only thing was that the entrance to the parking lot was difficult to find. When I stay at Mercure, I often use the hotel restaurant and am happy to see that they often have local cuisine on the menu. I had the cassoulet this time and it was delicious.
