I've been coming to Provençal for about 8 years now, especially in the summer. The menu doesn't change much, but it's still delicious every time!

27/05/2024: While passing through Uzès we couldn't resist going to the La Fougasse bakery in Uzès, whose reputation is well established. We tasted the specialty fougasse aux gratons, it’s a sure bet. We will come back to taste other gourmet specialties that will tempt you. An address located in the heart of Uzès to discover.
19/05/2024: I love this bakery🥰. The pastries are delicious and the fougasses are the best in Uzes. Don't hesitate to taste. You will not be disappointed. I recommend 👍
