21/03/2024: To eat "on the go" or have a drink, it's good. Downside on the quality/price ratio. €15 for a Rital panini menu with a small tray of industrial fries, a sandwich that is too salty and not very filling and a 500ml drink. Counter service only. Nice staff. Close to the slopes. In short, hesitant about the idea of coming back here.

Would 100% recommend a visit.
Service was very fast and friendly. Food came quickly even though it was very busy.
21/03/2024: Came twice during a ski holiday for the best hot chocolate and whipped cream in the valley. Tasty, big portions and good value €5. The staff are friendly, remember you, and serve you promptly. I have a toddler and they were fantastic with her and served hot frothy milk in a cup and straw which she loved.

29/04/2024: Building well located because close to shops (bakery / small supermarket / ski equipment and rental / restaurant / cinema / Golf car park / Bus stop for free walks throughout the resort...). 5 minutes from the ski lifts to go to Tignes and Val d'Isère. The apartment is bright, crossing with a view of the Lake on one side and the Grande Motte on the other. Very comfortable with mountain style decoration. With 1 bedroom (for 2 people) and a living room (sleeping for 3 people). Perfect for a family stay in summer and winter.
13/04/2024: Good place for the money, great location. A little run down and a few cables showing around sockets etc.
Had everything you needed in the kitchen and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.
I would stay again.

16/04/2024: Very overrated restaurant, for epicureans, I do not recommend it. The staff is friendly but poorly organized (table service a little long, 2/3 different servers) and for homemade I find it a shame to have industrial sauces in the middle of the table, you either do everything or you don't do anything. Finally, there is no reason why the card prices should be so high.

13/05/2024: 6 of us had take away burgers ,quite simply we all agreed we were robbed ,we paid full menu prices for take aways that were wet , soggy and cold , clearly they had been prepared well in advance of collection, from 6 boxs ,we threw 2 whole boxs away never again

14/04/2024: We stopped at Jacks for food and drinks after a morning on the slopes. We mainly had drinks but two of the party had burgers and more had fries.
The burgers were excellent but the fries were odd and everyone was a bit disappointed. They were dark brown and limp as if they had been cooked old school in a pan of very old oil that had been sat for many years in the kitchen. Would avoid for this reason.

09/12/2023: Il est bien dommage que le choix d´y réaliser une épicerie "fine" ait remporte la palme sur l'autel de la déesse de l'argent. Nous ne pouvons remercier le nouvel investisseur des "peupliers" d'avoir eliminé ce Burger quasi exceptionnel dans sa qualité et préparation. Le Burger Factory de 18530 ( excusez la comparaison) ne lui arrivait pas a la..... ceinture. Souhaitons que les commentaires des clients ayant connu cette succursale des peupliers réclament sa réouverture.
On peut toujours rêver, meme a Courchevel. D D

Grilled meat and that’s it… Overpriced of course.
As for the service: lousy, not a smile, if you ask for something you get turned away.
Personally, I won't come back again.
This restaurant is always full even without smiling and very expensive for what it is…
Plus the climb is terrible to reach the restaurant.
