I am thinking in particular of the white chocolate frapuccino, delicious without coffee. But I don't get asked if I want it or not, sometimes I even specify in advance that I don't want it, but I still end up with coffee in it. This evening, my fiancé wanted to please me by bringing me my white chocolate frapuccino, we didn't ask him if he wanted coffee, on the ticket stuck to the cup it didn't say that there is coffee in it, and I taste: coffee. But anyway, it's not the end of the world, on the other hand the day when we were made to pay for food that we had not ordered and once reported we were not given the correct change (so we had lost money), it's starting to make a lot of mistakes. Already the price is exorbitant, even if it is not the fault of the employees; If their work is not done correctly, it is essential for me to point this out. Aside from that, the staff remains pleasant and cheerful, except for the repeated preparation errors (for the price it annoys me a little to receive something that is not as I asked).

16/04/2024: We are used to going to Starbucks in the cities we visit but at 5:30 p.m. this one was really not clean (no table had been cleared and cleaned) and the staff was annoyed and not very friendly.
