The welcome and contact with Florence and Laurent are exceptional.
The chef's cuisine is modern, tasty and based on very high quality products, highlighted by perfect cooking and juices.
The chef is passionate and communicates this passion with great generosity and simplicity.
You feel like you're invited to a friend's house.

A small, friendly room with just a few tables. A menu of some well-mastered seasonal dishes. A very nice welcome, with a thought for our 2.5 year old daughter (not always easy for this type of dinner) with a suitable armchair. The products are primarily local and of very good quality. The wine list is well developed and the pairing advice is appropriate. We highly recommend!

Une équipe sympa et dynamique, un excellent accueil, une ardoise "top" en terme de choix, et la possibilité d'acheter également les vins proposés à la carte, tout ceci procure une ambiance excellente, en plus, naturellement, de la qualité des plats proposés!
Réserver est sans doute nécessaire, car la salle demeure petite toutefois, malgré la possibilité de manger en extérieur.
Un sans-faute, donc!
15/05/2024: Prima plek in Ars en Ré op het Ile de Ré. Leuk gelegen in het centrum bij de kerk. Eten was eenvoudig maar erg lekker. De gevulde kip met paddenstoelen was slow cooked en heerlijk mals en vol van smaak. Hoevekip en dat kon je proeven.
De steak tartare was voortreffelijk en van goede kwaliteit vlees. Fijn gesneden en niet gemalen!!!
Verder kon je in het restaurant/épicerie wat streekproducten kopen, o.a. wijn van Ile de Ré.

The 2 waitresses are pleasant and professional. When it comes to meals, it’s exceptional!
Perfect meats as well as all the products on the menu. The cooking is as it should be. Thanks to the cooks. There are many other places where we leave disappointed....
The toilets are correct and suitable for disabled people.
The only downside is that parking is a bit complicated.
Restaurant that I recommend.
(As long as it lasts!)

10/05/2024: In this quiet little street, you can simply enjoy an extraordinary meal 🥰! The fish is fantastic and the desserts irresistible 😋. A big thank you to our waitress who brightened up our meal with her smile. Go for it, you won't regret it😉.

We received a warm welcome and what can we say from the chef, refined cuisine, with fresh produce, a little gem.
Bravo to the chef and his team.
I highly recommend.
