24/04/2024: I order a rare steak! I wait 20 minutes before the beeper rings, I go to the grill to get my dish and a man sees me but turns around, I wait another 20/25 minutes before seeing someone else to ask where it is my dish, this one told me "I don't know, it's lost" there were 8 plates under my nose without recipient including a steak she said to me "wait I have a steak here hold on" a steak that had been lying around for 25/ 30 min if not more.. cold and WELL COOKED I tried to politely ask for a RARE one and she laughed in my face and wished me a good day! A big joke? Obviously there is no way to get a refund.. 30€ for not much

21/04/2024: Reservation of a too good too go at 1:30 p.m., come on site to be told that the orders are canceled because there was an incident at 1 p.m....? I should have been warned before I validated my order.
