18/05/2024: Voilà une bien belle adresse, un tout petit restaurant (environ 20 couverts) tenu par Monsieur, Madame et leur fils. Réservation obligatoire ! Une cuisine goûteuse, des sauces parfaites et un service aux petits oignons. Bref que du bon !

16/05/2024: Nous y sommes allés à 4 pour diner et nous avons passé une excellente soirée. L'accueil est convivial et les plats fins préparés avec grand soin. Et, comme il n'y a pas beaucoup de tables, les hôtes prennent le temps de vous choyer... Cet endroit est un arrêt indispensable sur la route des vins d'Alsace. Encore bravo à l'équipe !

12/02/2024: It was great, from the server to the chef, from the aperitif to the dessert. Too bad for us that he's going to experience a new adventure elsewhere, but good for him... it was really good!

Parfait pour une soirée entre amis autour de belles assiettes! Une carté réduite qui est le reflet de l’excellence. Bravo à toute l’équipe, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

20/05/2024: Superbe restaurant ! Accueil très sympathique et le reste du repas l'était tout autant ! Les serveuses sont mère et fille si j'ai bien compris . Au niveau du repas : rien a dire c'était juste délicieux , on a pris la tarte a l'oignon pour commencer ( étant en visite en Alsace j'ai invité ma maman) j'ai également demander un supplément de galette de pomme de terre oui parce que je voulais tout goûter 😅 Ensuite nous avons pris le quasi de veau accompagné pour ma part de spatzele et ma mère des pommes de terre rôties , la cuisson du quasi de veau etait juste parfait la sauce un délice et spatzele fait maison et grillé dans du beurre 👌👌 petit bémol pour les pommes de terre qui était bonne mais pas assez fondante pour ma part . Et en dessert la mousse au chocolat maison qui a fini de nous comblé 🤗 Je recommande sans hésiter et j'y reviendrai avec mon mari c'est sûr !

11/05/2024: Very unfriendly staff. We wanted to go for a drink after our evening walk. We were turned away on the grounds that there is only one place to eat, a glass of beer after a hike is not welcome, and there were four of us, there were plenty of free tables - so no obstacle. 👎👎👎👎

03/05/2024: Nous avons passé un agréable moment entre amis dans ce bel établissement, accueil chaleureux, repas excellent, les vins bien assortis aux mets. Le dessert du baba au rhum revisité surprenant, à mon goût il manquait une goutte de rhum.

11/05/2024: Dear people, of course it's a bit more expensive than all this tarte flambée, sauerkraut and baeckaeoffa food, but max. 200m away from the center there is a place where "French people feel comfortable". Super delicious food, upscale French cuisine and extremely friendly and family-like service at fair, non-touristy prices. Without a reservation it probably won't be easy to get a place, but it's definitely worth a try. Kind regards

18/05/2024: This restaurant is definitely worth the detour. We took the prestige senior formula, and from the aperitif with appetizers to the 5 desserts, all the dishes were excellent, each time with a little reminder of nature with a few herbs or wild plants that the chef masters perfectly. We recommend this restaurant.

27/05/2024: Exceptional stay where luxury and nature become one. We had a great time in this renowned house. The dinner was a great experience with impeccable service, original dishes and very careful decoration of the restaurant room. The Dahlia suite is really chic and comfortable. Everything is designed to bring serenity and disconnection to the customer. The establishment being nestled in the middle of the forest, we enjoy falling asleep to the sound of crickets and waking up to the song of birds. You will find crystal everywhere in the establishment, imposing works in certain places and small, more discreet touches elsewhere. The breakfast is royal. A delight for the taste buds and just as refined as dinner the day before! The electric bike rides provided free of charge by the house are a big highlight, we loved it! At the start of our stay, we regretted the absence of a spa within the establishment, but ultimately, it would denote the peaceful and bucolic side that this place offers us. Staying here without going to the Lalique Museum would be a shame. Very interesting visit! We can only recommend this charming and sumptuous establishment.

27/05/2024: Extraordinary. I invited my family to celebrate a happy event and a professional promotion. Idyllic setting with a prestigious room, careful and attentive service, a high-flying gastronomic experience, a superb interaction with the sommelier Mr. Iltis... Don't miss the cellar, the most beautiful I have seen! We didn't share a meal but memories to last a lifetime. A big thank-you.
