28/03/2024: Looking for a place for lunch for two on Google.maps, I came across this restaurant rated 4.9 with more than 200 reviews. Hmm, I feel the right address and let's test, so what? It's worth it (I like veal!). Very good homemade burger made to order with fries or salad and homemade mayo with homemade sauce. Very very hearty burger! Visiting on a Wednesday lunchtime, no waiting. Canned beers from a local brewery. Clean toilets. Wheelchair access complicated with steps. Parking on the one-way street or nearby parking lots.

05/04/2024: A very nice discovery! We had known the name for a long time but had never tried it until then. The dishes were very beautiful but above all excellent with careful flavor and balance. (Way above some of the stars in the area.) We will be back!

22/04/2024: Nice address specializing mainly in meats. Better to book in advance. On the positive side there is of course the choice of meats, some of which are matured for around 5 weeks, but also refined starters like the trio of foie gras. The presentations are neat and the setting pleasant. If we can make constructive comments, the prime rib could be a little more tender or more mature and some accompaniments are without much interest such as the flavorless pesto pasta or the slightly bland potato gratin, the fries are good but not up to the standard of the meats offered. Finally, the wine list is nice but a little more choice in Bordeaux or Languedoc wine (Mirmanda), Italian or Spanish (NEO for example) would be nice with these red meats. For the budget count 50€ per head.

13/04/2024: We spent a very nice evening in this restaurant, a lot of charm, visual pleasure in the plates, extraordinary disgust, I recommend it. The attentive boss always there for us, the server at the top.

26/03/2024: During our stay in Lille for the half-marathon, we discovered by chance on a Saturday afternoon while chatting on the sidewalk after the service, the team of this bistro. We went there on Monday lunchtime and we were so impressed. well received, the lunch with northern specialties was excellent, and therefore we highly recommend this bistro, Thanks again to the whole small team, it was a pleasure the “Bretons”

The welcome is warm The frame too and we are not tight which is nice We chose the sweetbreads with small vegetables and small potatoes with brunoise sauce and candied vegetables. We often choose this dish when it is on the menu: it was a delight: we discovered the sweetbreads!!!😍 they melt in your mouth - no need for a knife - while being crispy on the outside thanks to the grid Exactly how I like them ❤️ (except I don’t have any laughs at home) We were tempted by the gourmet coffee which is aptly named and gives a beautiful and tasty overview of the desserts. A very pleasant point: the majority of wines can be taken by the glass: therefore a delicious Saint Nicolas old vines and an equally good but "stronger" St Emilion accompanied us. 31/03/2024: Very good address! We were very well received, by a very pleasant, helpful and responsive waitress. Small aperitifs are offered to accompany the non-alcoholic cocktail that I ordered. The dishes are excellent! Special mention to the Welsh, which is worth the detour. Unfortunately, the mussels were mostly very small (too bad for the mussel king). On the other hand, I chose the mussels with Roquefort, and the sauce was very good. The fries can also be served with a wonderful homemade mayonnaise. Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit to this restaurant. So I advise you to test it if you have the opportunity.

28/03/2024: Always on top!!! I enjoyed a sole (300 gr) 😛 Yes😏, it's not just mussels (which are certainly excellent) Boss (not without humor) in the dining room and cordon bleu boss in the kitchen. Only happiness ☺✨☺✨
