08/06/2024: This is an insider tip for all visitors to Cherbourg who want to eat very well and tastefully. The staff is very, very friendly and tries very hard to ensure that everything is perfect.
Early reservation is recommended as it can quickly become very crowded, also due to the many visitors.

15/05/2024: A spectacular culinary experience! We arrived on the wrong day (completely our fault) for our reservation. The maitre d’ quickly moved some things around and seated us at the time we incorrectly thought we had. Supremely courteous and efficient our meal went off without a hitch. The food was perfect and the service was flawless. So many thanks owed to all the servers, maitre d’, and the head chef for creating a unique experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Welcomed with a smile despite the "rush hour", tasty meal with good value for money.
Small, pleasant, quiet garden with plenty of sunshine. We will come back for lunch on occasion.

02/04/2024: What a brilliant restaurant, the food was near perfection with plenty of choice for everyone, the wine list was great and the team were excellent. Top quality raw ingredients were delicately blended and served in a wonderful environment. Look forward to visiting again soon and would recommend this restaurant to anyone!
30/03/2024: We had the opportunity to return to Le Plouc 2 and as usual it was an opportunity to have an excellent evening! All the dishes were beautiful and really very good. Congratulations to the whole team.

05/06/2024: We came here because the creperie next door was full. What a joy that it was like this, because we were able to taste delicious pancakes with impeccable service. But what made the experience unforgettable, and I mean unforgettable, both for my husband and for me, was the meeting with Francesca, the waitress who managed the three rooms of the restaurant this evening, and whose professionalism was up to par. of that of a palace amazed us in this small town in the North (we are tourists).
Many thanks to “Au Saint Michael” and to Francesca for a sublime dinner. I recommend the “Lardinette” crepe and the caramel Liège ice cream, which is very generous and super well presented!

02/06/2024: Very nice discovery between friends, the dishes are as advertised, of high quality, the tastes are very well matched, always a little "wow" to each of them, really excellent work in the kitchen.
The staff is very pleasant and relaxed, no rush, perfect.
The setting is very refined and pleasant.
Very good address, don't hesitate.
30/05/2024: We enjoyed an excellent turbot with artichoke and faux fillet with dauphine potatoes. Totally recommended!!

30/03/2024: Dinner for 2 at the first service, reception a little cold. Leeks as a starter not cooked, without taste and without the mustard vinaigrette although noted on the menu. Both dishes good but served with cold sauce. Around 9 p.m. a parade of staff leaving the restaurant, first the cooks and then the waitresses, leaving all the customers stranded in the restaurant for a good twenty minutes, but what were you going to do outside together? ? Anyway, we left and went to have dessert at the dining club next door with the great welcome and the great products we know from them.

25/05/2024: Arigato chef Sébastien, we were at the Japanese evening and it was a treat, two key moments in this four-course service, the chicken Yakitori accompanied by small vegetables and the white chocolate ice cream with wasabi, a way of traveling while staying Immobile, imagining Japanese finesse while surrounded by French culture, in short for those who were not there you missed a beautiful creative moment, we highly recommend this simple, open and authentic way of understanding cuisine Another time for other adventures
