Remember to book because the place is known and frequented by regulars. This time the exceptional Sicilian linguini dish. Cod with pepper coulis and delicious split pea puree. The final note with the soft orange flavor topped with its salted butter caramel coulis and accompanied by its custard!

19/05/2024: Still getting ready for service .The fish is fresh and cooked just right but the sauce ruins everything. The view of the Laïta estuary makes you forget these little inconveniences.

15/06/2024: Very pretty hotel, tastefully decorated and which has nothing to envy of a 4* on this point! The service is also friendly and it has parking and an elevator. The bedding is quality. A carafe of water is filled every day. However, several points need to be noted: - coffee is offered in the room but we have no cup or stirrer/spoon which makes the offer useless - the TV is really small compared to the wall - the chromecast is sold as a marketing point on the site but it is unusable due to the absence of fiber, in itself it is not serious but it becomes so when it is a sales argument which in the end does not matter is not accessible - the dressing room could have a curtain at least - there is no trash can in the toilets, not practical in the event of menstruation in particular - the window system on the 2nd floor is far too dilapidated and old, it is difficult to close and reopen them (and you can hear the neighbors doing it in passing) despite shutters and a curtain, the light floods the room - no VMC in the bathroom which is a serious problem - breakfast is OK but lacks savory choices
