Chic, seaside restaurant with beautiful decor. The downside: The food isn't amazing (average brasserie) and it's still quite expensive. If they improve the cuisine and lower the prices, they could give it 4 stars.

Ideal location facing the sea. Excellent menu, with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Tasteful decor, pleasant atmosphere. Special mention for Karine, the waitress: kind, professional, and attentive. A wonderful place in Sausset-les-Pins; we'll gladly return!

A wonderful discovery during a stroll along the seafront! We arrived at 2:30 pm and were warmly welcomed for lunch. The all-female staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and very professional. As an added bonus, the food was excellent. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it!

The restaurant is tastefully decorated, the staff are very friendly to both humans and dogs, the service is quick (but not too quick, the dishes are truly homemade), and the fish and seafood are cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it!

A very pleasant evening. We received excellent advice from our smiling waitress, Sarah, regarding the wines that complemented our menu. We will certainly return given the warm welcome and impeccable service.

Great spot with a terrace offering sea views and a quality lunch. The only downside was the entrecote being served at the same time as the aperitif.

The food was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was beautiful, right on the water, with a perfect view. The restaurant itself also looks great, very neat and clean. It's truly beautiful and very cozy. We'd love to go back when we're in the area again.

25/01/2026: What can I say about the restaurant? It's well located, has a pleasant view, and the dishes are well presented, but there are problems with the ribeye steak. It was cooked well, but that's where it stopped. It was hard to cut, very tough, and extremely fatty. I ate a quarter of it with difficulty. I spoke to the owner, and I received a very unpleasant response. She forgets that it's the customers who keep her in business. There's a lack of empathy and humility, and she's quite unpleasant towards the staff. There's no compassion at all. It's disheartening.

27/09/2025: €20 for a burata salad, hard tomatoes, not much to eat. 3 stars for all, the young woman who served us was a bit overwhelmed. Too bad. It's been a long time since I've been back to the Côte Bleue, sad.
