26/08/2026: Review This was the first time I'd eaten a truly magnificent künefe in France, and honestly, I've never tasted one so delicious! 😍 The künefe was absolutely excellent, perfectly prepared, and incredibly flavorful. The service was impeccable, the staff very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You immediately feel at ease and welcome. A wonderful discovery, both for the quality of the desserts and for the atmosphere and the hospitality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place! ❤️

02/02/2026: A warm welcome, a greige ambiance with meticulous attention to tableware, an experience unlike any other. You must arrive promptly at 8:00 PM, and from then on, you will discover original and delicious dishes. The show can begin; your taste buds and memory will be tested, as it is very rare for a restaurant of this caliber to surprise you with such a variety of flavors and textures. You'll only want to return with a new menu. The menu is unique, changing monthly, and consists of seven courses. Enjoy it with glasses of wine. Champagne is served upon arrival, and a cocktail is offered with one of the desserts. Truly exceptional. You must experience this chef and his wife, who share their concept with such warmth and passion.

A truly original and exceptional evening: incredible dishes prepared by Chef Anthony, a festive atmosphere thanks to Isabelle, surprises and little games throughout the evening. 18/07/2026: I'm absolutely not vegan, and I literally LOVED this café! I tried the matcha of the month and a dark chocolate fleur de sel cookie, and it was just excellent!! I'll be back!!

16/07/2026: After several visits, this is definitely a place worth the detour. While the cookies were my absolute favorite, they were recently dethroned by the caramel and peanut brownie with a touch of lavender and fleur de sel—exquisite! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is equally so. There's even a small grocery section where you can discover new vegan brands.

23/08/2026: Auberge du Bonheur: the place is truly lovely, the owners very welcoming, the dinner delicious and plentiful, and the breakfast a dream. A very pretty village as a bonus!

18/08/2026: A truly blissful moment, like being suspended in time, in this charming inn nestled in the remarkable setting of Fel. The hosts are delightful, the cuisine is exquisite, and the surroundings are so lovely... so we came back for two more days!

29/08/2026: My boyfriend and I got vegetarian dumplings there. They came with a small salad and sauce for only €12!! They tasted incredibly delicious, and you can tell it's really good quality and not fast food. If we weren't just here on vacation, I'd love to go there every week. The people there are so lovely and friendly. Five stars in every category. I'd give it even more if I could!!

16/08/2026: A magnificent shop on Rue Napoléon in Bastiarr, dedicated to Corsican gastronomy. The welcome and service are exceptional. I had a sample of coppa, lonzo, and sausage sliced ​​for me, and a beautiful sheep's milk cheese cut into pieces. The products were excellent. We highly recommend it.

07/08/2026: There are restaurants where you eat very well. Michelin-starred restaurants where the technique is impeccable and the ingredients exceptional. But here, we're in another league. I've been fortunate enough to travel extensively and discover restaurants all over the world. Gastronomy is a true passion of mine. And precisely because of this, with time, it becomes increasingly difficult to be truly surprised. I discovered this restaurant about ten years ago, and since then, I've returned regularly. Each visit brings the same conclusion: the chef leaves absolutely nothing to chance. Each dish tells a story. The flavors are conceived with incredible precision, the textures complement each other perfectly, the presentation is elegant without ever being excessive, and above all, there's always that "wow" factor. Not the kind that relies on artifice, but the kind that stems from genuine creativity and a constant pursuit of excellence. You can tell that here, it's not simply about cooking. It's about creating, constantly questioning oneself, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Behind every dish, you can feel the passion, the hard work, and the constant desire to surprise. After ten years, while so many restaurants eventually become predictable, this one continues to amaze me. And that's probably the greatest compliment you can pay a chef. For me, it's not just one of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of discovering. It's an experience I look forward to with the same anticipation every time I visit.
