09/07/2026: We stumbled upon Le Carouge restaurant by chance. Located right on the roundabout in the center of Pont-de-Beauvoisin, it's impossible to miss! A beautiful spot with a superb terrace! It's lush with greenery and has a large awning to keep you cool. We received a very warm welcome and first-rate service. The cuisine was refined; we ordered the daily special and an ice cream dessert, and everything was delicious, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. We ate in the dining room, which also offers a wide selection of Italian specialties. We had a wonderful, friendly interaction with the owner. A truly excellent restaurant not to be missed if you're passing through and want to discover a lovely establishment. I highly recommend it. Claude and Claudine Baboulin

The dishes were flavorful, sophisticated, and full of character, with original flavors that never betrayed the spirit of traditional regional cuisine. 24/06/2026: It had been several years since I'd been back to this excellent restaurant. The welcome was warm, and I enjoyed the house aperitif and the beetroot mousse with haddock as an amuse-bouche. The foie gras for the starter was delicious! I found the pork dish with its rich jus to be succulent; the meat was flavorful and melted in your mouth. I loved the jus so much that I scraped the plate clean! The cheese course included blue cheese, Morbier, and Comté (aged 18 months?). My friend was celebrating her 30th birthday and received a thoughtful touch for dessert. Mine, a rhubarb creation, was excellent. This is a truly great place!

02/02/2026: A warm welcome, a greige ambiance with meticulous attention to tableware, an experience unlike any other. You must arrive promptly at 8:00 PM, and from then on, you will discover original and delicious dishes. The show can begin; your taste buds and memory will be tested, as it is very rare for a restaurant of this caliber to surprise you with such a variety of flavors and textures. You'll only want to return with a new menu. The menu is unique, changing monthly, and consists of seven courses. Enjoy it with glasses of wine. Champagne is served upon arrival, and a cocktail is offered with one of the desserts. Truly exceptional. You must experience this chef and his wife, who share their concept with such warmth and passion.

A truly original and exceptional evening: incredible dishes prepared by Chef Anthony, a festive atmosphere thanks to Isabelle, surprises and little games throughout the evening. 27/06/2026: We came on June 26th at noon. Arriving late, we were warmly welcomed by the restaurant staff. The setting is magnificent (we'll let you discover it for yourselves). The plates are generously filled with very high-quality local products. As for the service, we have absolutely no complaints; the entire team is very pleasant. Vegetarian options are available (reservations recommended). Good value for money, well worth it. We will definitely return. Thank you again for your hospitality.

04/07/2026: My Wife and I ate here on our first night in Paris, it was located near our Air BnB and we were tired from travel, the food was amazing and service to match, the owner provided 100% of the service and recommendations. We left very satisfied and full with a whole meal for takeaway. The flavors were great and portions well above the price he charged.

27/01/2026: Excellent, high-quality grocery store. The saleswoman is very friendly, advises us, and lets us taste the products before we buy. Products are vacuum-sealed for our flight. Prices are reasonable; I recommend the Ajaccio sheep's milk cheese :)
