Best restaurant in Saint-Maur. It has air conditioning! Set menu in the evening for €42: starter/main course/dessert. Excellent service: welcoming and friendly. Quality ingredients. Area for improvement: they should work a bit more on the presentation of the dishes, which are still too basic. A few more vegetables or a more elaborate side dish would be great. The duck breast was only accompanied by a few new potatoes. I think 2-3 seasonal vegetables wouldn't have been out of place. We'll be back! Thank you

Our favorite restaurant in St Maur. In a cozy, intimate setting, the atmosphere is familial, with the son serving (and always very knowledgeable in his wine selections) and the father in the kitchen. A dynamic duo ensuring consistently high quality year after year.

When subtlety is written with a capital S! Everything here inspires a passion for food and a sense of sharing. I'd walked past it before, and the "Bistronomic Restaurant" label hadn't impressed me! A serious mistake corrected today, and while I've tasted dozens of burgers all over the world, this place is a gem, with a truffle mayonnaise that's simply divine. Fries that transported me back 50 years to my grandmother's kitchen—in short, efficient without being ostentatious, subtle without being fussy, simple and delicious—everything I love 🥰 🫶

19/04/2026: We celebrated my son's wedding at this magnificent venue, and everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The setting is superb and very pleasant, ideal for such an important event. The organization was impeccable; everything ran with great professionalism and seamlessly. The meal was of high quality and enjoyed by all our guests. We would also like to highlight the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, who were always attentive and smiling, which greatly contributed to the success of this beautiful day. A venue we wholeheartedly recommend for unforgettable moments.

05/07/2026: Thanks to the well-spaced tables, you can enjoy a delicious meal served in the garden by lovely and attentive staff. We recommend the following dishes: house-smoked salmon, lobster, turbot, and sweetbreads, one of the house specialties. It was an excellent evening that we would gladly repeat.
16/05/2026: Another excellent restaurant. The welcome and service were very warm. We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert à la carte and were not disappointed at all. The portions were generous for an establishment of this caliber. Definitely worth trying. Reservations recommended.
