We've been to this restaurant several times. Never disappointed. Just one complaint: the cold appetizers are placed too close to the edge, and people keep putting their sleeves in them when they serve themselves 😩 (though, to be fair, these customers aren't paying attention...).

Overall, there was a decent selection. However, the dishes meant to be hot were cold. They were kept warm by lamps, but they weren't very effective and tended to dry out the food, especially the rice.
There was also no cooling system for the cold items. This was particularly noticeable with the sushi, which was dry, both the rice and the fish.
As for the wok, no complaints, except that the cook handled the food directly with his fingers.

Pleasantly surprised by this all-you-can-eat Asian restaurant.
It's very clean.
There aren't a lot of tables, so it's less noisy.
The buffet portions are small and regularly replenished, so it's always fresh. You don't get overwhelmed by huge portions of food. There's plenty of choice without having to walk a kilometer!
The dishes are very tasty, and the desserts are excellent.
The staff is attentive and caring.

Passing through the area before picking someone up in La Rochelle, I stopped by New Asie for a bite to eat.
I was very happy with my visit. It's an all-you-can-eat buffet with a good selection and excellent value for money. The drinks are also reasonably priced.
The service was very good, pleasant, and especially responsive, particularly with the drinks.
In the end, I had a great meal, the service was efficient, and the bill was very reasonable. No complaints, I had a good time.
