Very satisfied to have entrusted the organization of my birthday party to the Moulin Vert team. Pleasant exchanges throughout. The manager is friendly, very serious, professional and gives good advice. The timing was perfect. The staff was great. I received my guests in a very well presented room, with a beautiful play of lights, and the buffet was very good. There is no doubt that this greatly contributed to the satisfaction of all my guests and therefore to the very good atmosphere. If the opportunity arises, I won’t hesitate! Top souvenir!

A top-notch room, and an exceptional performance from Farid and his wife! Very attentive, available people. As a bride and groom, this reassured us enormously and took a weight off our shoulders. D-day was exceptional thanks to them. I highly recommend this room. You can go there with your eyes closed. We celebrated our wedding in September 2024 at the Moulin Vert and we are really delighted with the service. The manager, Farid, really accompanied us step by step in designing this magical day, taking the time to refine every detail at each meeting. Incredibly kind and exemplary professional, Farid and his teams really respected the organization and implementation of our event to perfection. We had excellent feedback from our guests, whether on the location, its decoration or the food and service offered. We are very happy to have placed our trust in them to celebrate the happiest day of our lives.

From our first meeting I felt a lot of professionalism and seriousness in you, with the desire to make our children's wedding day a real success. From start to finish everything was perfect. A magical place on the edge of the marl which seduced all the guests. A well decorated and arranged exterior so that we could enjoy the sunshine that was there and appreciate the great cocktail that was served to us. The interior room was sublime. A refined and gentle atmosphere at the same time. Farid was able to be very attentive to the requests of the bride and groom and their parents and with infinite kindness. He knew how to communicate with the bride and groom in order to set the right tempo on the big day so that everything came together perfectly. It was very reassuring because we felt that everything was under control. It was really very professional. Even our service providers were really delighted with the welcome and the exchanges with Farid. What can we say about the menu! A feast! In charge of preparing the meal Farid and his top-notch brigade A truly special mention for the accuracy of the service. The servers were amazing and perfectly coordinated with the kitchen. Each dish was served hot, without delay and without forgetting. WELL DONE ! We were able to taste fresh, quality dishes and above all we were able to discover the chef’s “secret” sauce. Unnnne sauce……I don’t even have an adjective to describe it. This sauce left us all with unforgettable memories. A big thank you also to all the dining room staff, waitresses and waiters and the kitchen team. Each person contacted has ALWAYS been at our service and taken great care of us. A real pleasure to have been able to share this unique moment with you. You will now be part of the life story of our newlyweds. Amazing ! This is what we would answer if we had to sum up our wedding at the green mill in just one word. We celebrated our customary marriage on August 2, 2024 and how can we say that we spent one of the most beautiful days of our lives there. First the location. The setting is superb, the exterior which overlooks directly the banks of the Marne is breathtaking. For the space of a day, we are cut off from the world, in a bubble. The room itself is magnificent, cozy and perfectly suited for a small wedding. » The dance floor, which our guests did not want to let go of, well demarcated! Bonus point for the parking lot with around thirty spaces, and the annex lounge where the children were able to eat under the supervision of the on-site team. And what a team! Top-notch staff, the likes of which you rarely see. Efficiency, discretion, good humor, true professionals, very comfortable and invested in the progress of our ceremony, (right down to wearing the loincloth) led by a manager with a big heart, Farid. Farid accompanied us, advised us, supported and reassured us throughout so that the big day was a real success. Listening, proactive, accommodating, very available, he did not hesitate to bend over backwards for us. Beyond his exemplary professionalism, he was able to demonstrate real empathy and offer us solutions. Many promises were made by Farid (special mention for the request for bissap and ginger juice served at the respected and validated cocktail), all were kept. And more! We could mention a thousand other points such as the quality of the food, the incredible coordination of the big day (everything went very smoothly), the famous green sauce on the chicken, the plantains.. We prefer to end with a thank you. Thank you Farid for keeping all your commitments and even more! Thank you for your professionalism, your sense of service, your dedication, your great authenticity.
