Couscous:
A good semolina,
Good, well-cooked vegetables,
A good broth,
Good quality lamb and cooked perfectly,
Same for chicken,
Well-cooked kofta,
And good merguez
In short, a very good dinner in very good company,
To finish, an excellent mint tea.
The couscous is no longer as good as the one I came to eat before.
If you want to drink wine to accompany it, you must bring your bottle. It feels weird.
