This was our first time visiting this well-known restaurant in Rouen. The royal couscous was excellent. We received a very warm welcome and efficient service. We had a lovely family evening and will definitely return. Thank you for turning down the music at our request.

A unique place with beautiful decor, delicious couscous, perfect meats, a warm welcome, and reasonable prices. The small bottle of wine was a bit pricey, though.

I went there twice in a short period with different people, and we all noticed that the quality had declined.
The olive tagine was less flavorful, and the texture of the meatballs was disappointing. The dishes lacked taste compared to what we've experienced before.
I won't be going back.

Excellent restaurant! Everything is perfect: the lightning-fast service, the beautiful decor, the friendly staff, the delicious and affordable food (the vegetarian couscous is only €12! and the oriental pastries are divine), the calm and pleasant atmosphere, and a special mention for the adorable cat who comes over for cuddles.
And no need to book, you wouldn't think so, but there's a very large room in the back.
Verdict: I'll definitely be back! 🤩

A warm and inviting place that instantly transports you to the atmosphere of a large Berber tent, complete with traditional decor and music. The dishes are hearty and delicious, with perfectly cooked meats and flavorful vegetables. There's also a wide selection of oriental pastries. The service is pleasant, and the staff is friendly and attentive. An authentic experience not to be missed!

Christmas lunch on December 25th.
