Excellent welcome. Excellent food. Great conversations with the staff and regulars. Don't hesitate to stop by! I travel by bike and received a very warm welcome.
Just a stone's throw from the GR 7 and GR 420 hiking trails, this charming and welcoming inn is well worth the detour. The owner and her daughter, as well as the regulars at the bar, are all friendly, down-to-earth, genuine, convivial, and generous. The setting is simple yet pleasant, the bed is comfortable, and the meal, offered with a variety of choices (a rarity in typical inn-style hostels), is simply delicious and flavorful, homemade with local products. Breakfast is traditional, but with crusty bread (it was too early for pastries). This village inn offers a place for meeting and socializing, both for local workers (foresters, farmers) and for guests passing through. A wonderful discovery and an experience to be savored, taking the time to truly live.
